I craved Hot & Sour Soup and my first visit to the Willow was not disappointing, the meal was just the best, presented well, tasty No MSG, the menue and combination of styles is perfect. The staff attentive. Well done, worth the 5 hour drive. I am looking forward to visiting at Christmas.

A regular haunt for a coffee and catch up with friends. Lovely and friendly with a good range of hot and cold beverages. Occasionally I indulge in a cooked lunch. The food is plentiful, hot and tasty. Ingredients are locally sourced and most (definitely the cakes) are home made. There is a soup of the day. Seating is quite a hotch potch with a couple of sofas, some easy chairs and then tables and chairs of varying sizes. Seating outside is under a large awning so you can sit outside with a dog for instance. Order and pay at the counter, them there is table service. It is hidden way opposite the library behind the shops, but that means that parking is not an issue and is pay and display. It has a little craft shop area where you enter.

Was really looking forward to a lovely day out and picnic. But they are not as sweet as their strawberries! There was nothing on their website about no picnics, so when got there was shocked to find that there is a no picnic rule! The situation could have been handled well by staff, but when aproached by a female staff member we were told that we could go and sit behind an old shed in the car park, or in the strawberry field (where you are not allowed to also eat) where no one would see us. Because apparently if ANYONE saw us having a small picnic on the grass then EVERYONE who saw us would suddenly want to bring picnics! I really thought this was a community place, but we were told in their own words that they only care about making money. So when we offered to buy things in the cafe we were told this was still not ok. Rude staff as well. On website said not gluten free kitchen so what are the gluten free people meant to do about food!? Eat the grass!? Overpriced cakes and tea. Do not recommend!!

Had high tea with my sister ,as it was a belated christmas present from her son who happens to live just down the road from you as i was over from Australia on business, the high tea was lovely ,service good ,but the price which we were charged for a bottle of RVs sparkling Rosa wine was deplorable and a bottle of sparkling water the bill for the wine and water came to just over a hundred pounds ,i did a bit of research and found that was double the price of the wine, needless to say i will not be recommending your hotel anytime soon and will let all my business partners know

Have been here many times for lovely light lunches with a pretty salad. However that has now all gone. Lunches are awful and badly cooked and served with. CRISPS. Tuna melt lunch was horrid. Will not eat here again. Why change something that was so nice.?

A true hidden gem in the Horsham area! This diner is slightly away from the main town and not really accessible on foot/public transport, but is absolutely worth the trip only ten minutes drive from the town centre. A small venue, for which pre-booking is essential due to limited space, has a great retro-Americana vibe and portion sizes to match. Everything is generously prepared and well priced. There is seating in diner-style booths, or open seating (we were in a booth, my favourite!) The owner and staff were welcoming and friendly and our orders swiftly taken then the food and drinks came quickly after that. I had ribs, the first time I've ever had some so tender I really could eat them with a knife and fork as the meat fell off the bone with a touch, and was delicious. My wife (who's gluten free) had plenty to choose from and enjoyed her large helping of chicken. (So generous that we had to take the leftovers home with us.) We've visited several times and always really enjoyed ourselves. The pricing is affordable enough to visit regularly, but the portions so generous that if you do you'll need to increase your exercise regimen to balance it out. PS I'm not kidding about the pre-booking thing. They make this really clear on all their promotional material, but you MUST email or phone ahead to book or risk being turned away.

Nice enough pub, with a reasonable drinks selection and friendly staff. We visited for a family lunch (on recommendation) and the place is very geared up for food. However, the food is absolutely dreadful: over cooked, bland and (in the case of the bao buns that I had) inedibly dry. Seems very popular, for reasons unknown to this visitor.

Heard lots of great reviews about this place so finally made it with 3 friends for lunch. Wow, it did not disappoint! Dan our server greeted us with a friendly smile and hello, took us upstairs to our table in the window. Food was absolutely delicious. We all had the cheesy rosti, 3 of us with portobello mushrooms and one with crispy bacon. Absolute delight, can’t wait to return.
