The best restaurants in Stony Stratford Milton Keynes South East

Happy new year 2024 evening event . Scored poor due to severe lack of any bring in New Year , no fireworks on screen with any count down , no traditional bring new year dancing etc . One room not fit enough with amount of people to bring in New year , it was rammed and then huge anti climax . It felt like the focus was the band , not the New year experience . No screen to watch , especially how packed it was . Servere lack of toilets considering must have been a few hundred in venue . The room you walk into had music and a screen, over the stage as there was a band on that stage for a while , more comfortable but no New Year event in there . The screen all night wasn't anything to do with the music being played , it looked and felt weird . No wonder people are confused , showing Freddy Mercury on screen singing but completely different song playing .. On the upside , everyone was friendly , staff were lovely , people everywhere were friendly, parking was OK, many just a short walk from parking . There was no issue with bars , I was the driver , coke was rubbish . Clearly drugs going on but where isn't there nowadays. Not been to this venue for 4yrs , last time was much quieter , comfortable. We booked this as pics looked great and wanted some great New Year partying . That part was a complete letdown , something we will talk about forever . Be warned , the floor gets very wet , everywhere . Food wasn't open , so I can not comment on that area . Large outside area , which was nice to see, but we didn't go out there .

We stopped for drinks and cake and were very pleased with all the cakes we chose. The staff were very friendly. We had already eaten a meal before we went but were impressed by the all day breakfast the people were eating on the next table. £6 including a drink is fabulous value.

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of food and the impeccable service we received The manager and his staff were attentive professional and very friendly They really couldn't have done enough for us during our meal and the drinks we had after. The menu is very extensive and the food was all of a very high standard and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and is stylishly decorated and we honestly could t have had a better night out. I would highly recommend this venue it is superb.

This café is excellent. We went for breakfast on two days when we were staying nearby. The staff, especially HOLLY were super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend and thank you for being there for us. My dog was made to feel very welcome too. It was also easy to park

Super customer support. 8 really like their way of handling customers. They are too friendly as they know how to make customers happy by their nice hospitality and their dishes are so nice as well.

Awful experience simple as that. Waste of time & money. Food was freezing on delivery also what a disaster. Avoid 100% no.doubt.

Food was lovely, staff were extremely slow & dismissive! we waited over an hour for food, glasses were dirty, cutlery was stained! extremely disappointed, will not be returning

Slow service. 40 minute wait for a grilled steak and fries! And the place was half empty. The flavor of the meat was good but having to wait so long was very annoying.

I went to this restaurant for my parent’s birthday and it was 10/10. We were greeted immediately by the staff who throughout the night gave the best service to us. As a family of five we ordered starters which included: tandoori chicken, king prawn butterfly and chicken/prawn puris. These were delicious and service was quite quick as well. The main dishes were chicken biriyani, chicken madras, garlic chilli chicken and chicken tikka with naan. Again all the dishes were amazing and we had no problem with any of them. Overall a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, brilliant food and the service was excellent! Will definitely be returning!!

We have used this restaurant many times and usually love it, however tonight we were very disappointed with the service. We booked a table for 6, weeks ago on their website, knowing it would be very busy with the Christmas light switch on. We arrived to find the restaurant full with no spaces. We said we had a table booked, was questioned who we had booked it with as if we hadn’t booked. On showing the confirmation email, the lady then shook her head, obviously stressed and unable to reach a decision, so we offered to go for a drink until she called us, very little apology or thank you for offering. We eventually sat at a table at 2040. The service was not good, two ladies must’ve come to the table twice during the serving of our meal, they avoided the table, no apology or offer of any complementary snacks or drinks. The food wasn’t to the usual standard either, obviously not prepared for an expected busy night. A very disappointing experience.

This is my first time coming here. And the food is very good. And the workers are very smiling

Went here for our Christmas doo, great little room with music food is really good, bar is a little on the pricer side but for a hotel that's super clean and an alright bar you can't complain the rooms are clean and spacious and some have propper bath tubs if that's you're thing, reception has super friendly staff too and they really go the extra mile 😀
