The best restaurants in Rother South East

What a great cafe. Excellent food and friendly staff. Very reasonable prices.Have been going to this cafe for years....

We just discovered this restaurant in the grounds of the golf course .We went there for dinner ,although it was very quiet , we enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly . We plan to come back for lunch and see what the view is like .

Stayed for a week with friends and really enjoyed our visit. Splendid facilities in spotless holiday park. Staff friendly and efficient as always. A big shout out to Meghan, Dan and Mark for the NYE party. The food was plentiful and they worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly. Very lucky with the weather mostly, so enjoyed visiting Rye and the nature reserve.

Lovely old fashioned, comfortable proper pub. Food is excellent and plentiful. We visit whenever at our caravan kept locally. Staff friendly. Dogs are welcome Nice

Another fantastic meal, so fresh and tasty. We had the chicken tikka salad and Graham chicken burger. First time for these dishes, they met expectation though and I can't recommend the burger enough. Not what I would normally order but thought it would make a change.

Had a lovely roast dinner for 10 very good service and great food very welcoming.we also went to their firework display which was out of this world

We picked up a lunch for the beach, sandwhiches, crisps, soft drinks and a cake. By far the best sandwich in a while (you can pick your own fillings) and they did a gluten free option too with gluten free cakes. They also sell good food presents.

Had a really lovely meal here, everything tasted delicious and were generous sized portions. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The menu has a lovely range of food and we would definitely visit here again.

Now called Chapter Two, not Two Trees. We enjoyed a lovely no thrills breakfast here which is exactly what we needed. The owners had signage up stating that they were away and the lady who appeared in charge in their absence was doing a great job. Made us very welcome and provided great service with a smile.

Coffee was a treat and Decor inside was lovely as was the young lady serving Was able to get an oat milk latte and a slice of homemade banana choc chip cake for £6.50 and believe me the cake was indeed the best slice of cake I've ever tasted and my only regret is living so far away from this delightful little place

This is a fantastic place, friendly staff and fantastic food, caters for vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters! Soya, almond and proper cow juice! Stella the owner has tried to cater for all. Stella also puts on events one I went too was viewing the Sun by Astronomy Adventures, kind people explaining what we saw (Mind Blowing)

If you expect a dull tasteless Domino's or Pizza express type Pizza then avoid Garcia's. But if you want a FRESHLY cooked Pizza Wrap or similar bursting with flavour and the complete opposite of the dry powdery dough that the big co's use then go here. The very friendly couple that run it have been doing so for decades and its an art form. Garcia's is a hidden gem in Bexhill, near the Station and supermarket so ideal stop off after shopping or travelling. Try it once, it won't be the last time you go back, but it might be the last time you go to a 'big name' pizza shop!

Best fish and chips I’ve had! Perfectly cooked and the customer service was top! Very quick and polite. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Best fish and chips for miles around as for the Chinese food out of this world the best Chinese by miles not had as good a Chinese since I left London

Always good, hot and freshly cooked. Very decent portions. Helpful and friendly service. Had the chicken curry, good large pieces of chicken. Well cooked and tender
