We went here as a group of friends for a catch up before Xmas, lovely place, friendly staff but food just lacked quality, We had fish and chips, salads and roasts However I can’t speak for the total menu but I would avoid the roasts as these came out luke warm, minimal meat and vegetable for £20 I expected better, Yorkshire puddings were overcooked potatoes and the vegs were a small bowl between 3 people, We also had mac n cheese which was very dry, this was brought to the servers attention and removed from the bill, however I expected more from this establishment

Our research paid off, ‘tapas’ suggests Spanish style bites however you’ll be met with a great variety of European, Asian & traditional British lite portions, we ordered 3 each plus a side which was spot on & allowed 6 tastes per couple. Add great local beers, we had their own IPA, very busy but the way the dishes came to the table as they were cooked made for a grazing style of very relaxed dining very highly recommend this place but book before hand.

Been coming to this delightful cafe for years. Recently chose to go dairy free and staff are so supportive and understanding. Trying out different milks and this morning had a cappuccino with Almond milk which was delicious. Despite it being difficult to create a good froth this experienced barista managed to create a masterpiece (even with coffee art on top) 👏☕️🤩

We went here for the luxury afternoon tea and was sorely disappointed. We were very clearly toldnthatbwe had the table for 1.5 hours but what followed was very slow service. The sandwiches were dry and the food was at best average. The waiters had the craft of avoiding eye contact down pat and short of waving a flag it was very difficult to attract a server's attention. My 4 year old nephew was wearing a birthday badge but not one waiter wished him happy birthday. Considering how amazing the rest of the Blenheim experience was, I am at a loss as to how the very expensive afternoon tea can be this bad.

We met friends here for lunch. It is a lovely pub. Light and airy with a lovely atmosphere and great service. The food was amazing. We had the chicken kebabs, gammon and a burger and all were great. So glad we found it, just sorry we didn’t have room for pudding!

We popped in for a drink in passing having been there for lunches in the past . The staff were friendly and the choice of wines was good . Generally a nice ambience . The price for 2 (250ml ) glasses of house wine was £24 which I thought was a lot

We visited here as a party of 6 friends last weekend and all had lovely meals. The service was great, with staff being attentive and helpful. A few of our group had pizza which everyone enjoyed, 2 had the steak which again, was loved but this wasn’t very big and so sides are a must with this (they will also do the blue, which some restaurants don’t serve) The only complaints we had as a group was that the mac and cheese sides, were not hot, and actually quite cold in the middle. We raised this and the server took it back but it was not the best. The restaurant is a beautiful setting and in a great location in the middle of the town.

Unwelcoming from the staff. Afternoon tea was limited to one very small pot of tea person with only 4 choices of tea. Egg mayo and salmon in tiny rolls and pureed! One delicious coronation chicken finger sandwich but then an unappetising cucumber and mint one. The rolls were tiny. Scones were nice. Cakes also tiny. People who wanted to take cakes home were provided with boxes meant for wraps. Not value for money and not the pleasant experience we had two years ago.
