The best restaurants in Hengrove Bristol, City of South West

We went for Breakfast back in December it was super busy however the staff kept everything as stocked up as possible food was lovely and service was great too will be back again soon

did not receive our order and shop confirmed it went to the wrong address. courier did not deliver

Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! Bought a "too good to go" advertised as £9 worth of food for £3. Didn't expect amazing quality, but got a scoop of chips and a single sausage. If that is worth £9, then I recommend going elsewhere because it's really not worth it... unless you like salt, there was probably more salt than actual chips.

We were at he grove park and it was extremely quiet and the cafe was empty. The weather started to get bad and raining so I took myself and the children I had into the cafe quickly just for some shelter. Immediately we were told to leave as we weren’t customers before I even had a chance to think about buying anything. The lady was extremely rude and raised her voice at us to leave despite the fact it was tipping with rain. When I asked if we could just wait til rain stopped she said no leave now. Service was awful and she didn’t even give us a chance to buy anything so how could we be customers. The lack of humanity was just awful.

Twice on the trot now I have had missing items from my order. The first time it was rectified. Today when I rang to say my item was missing i was just cut off. Food was also lukewarm which is not the delivery drivers fault as i tracked his journey and he quick.

Place was clean, food arrived quickly and hot with friendly staff 👌

We had the drive thru option at this Costa store. There wasn’t any cars waiting infront of us but had a wait, it seemed that one female was doing all the work herself - taken the order, prepping the item and taking payment. Once driven past the front of the store the Costa there were three employees at the front / desk with no customers - maybe better placement?
