Lovely attentive service. Very allergen friendly! However, as someone without allergies; the food was disappointing and lacklustre. The dessert I had was quoted to have a plural of white chocolate 'snowflakes' and that involved JUST TWO!!!! The brownie was very dry; I ate the middle of it leaving the burnt dry shell like part... Very overpriced for what you get; as someone who isn't a pizza lover and meat free. £38 for a pile of bread and dry food! I have some stomach cramps and have become grossly bloated. Nothing is what I excepted; sloppy and small! The doughballs tasted odd, reminding me of dry cheap jam doughnuts; usually four for £1. I wouldn't ever go to a pizza express again! First and only time! I am not a gourmet; but for £38 I feel ripped off! Went for my daughters birthday, didn’t book ahead but the member of staff- think he was the manager popped us in a booth to save us a wait for a larger table, which was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Food was great, didn’t have to wait on anything, pizza and pasta was all really nice. Staff were all attentive and took the time to chat to my daughter and ask how her birthday was. Thankyou to all!

Waited for 20mins for cheese toasties plus you have the full 8 X A/C on it hot out yes .., but we have elderly lady with us and it too bloody to sit

As good as any five guys, but as with any five guys it’s expensive for what it is, but always very tasty, it’s clean and nice staff

I'm not sure what happened as I've ordered here before and food was good but my latest order was so greasy and disgusting that most of it ended in the bin. I won't order anything soon if ever.

After a long day decided to buy some pizzas, we were received with a smile even was late. Lovely food and get for us the best deal.

stopped there with some friends on way to a bar (5pm in evening) ordered the Naga Chicken Wrap…. it was absolutely amazing!! One of the best wraps i have ever eaten 10/10

I went to kfc cineworld at 7:50 and their team members were not interested in the taking order and they said me to order on kiosk but my discount is not working in their tills and kiosk and they said I can’t do anything they are not even said apology for the inconvenience the name of the guy was tildo

Food is very average at best. Staff didn’t steak English and took 15 mins to get what I wanted. Took ages. The place was filthy. Toilets stunk. Over all not very good and they really need to improve.

Order was delivered on time, however the cheesy McCrispy was not the right burger.

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

I have an allergy and spoke to the very young girl about it who said can’t guarantee cross contamination ! I accepted this but then she went to the kitchen and made faces to the chefs and then came back and told my husband don’t worry I have told the kitchen !! Very upsetting situation and treatment !!

I have never eaten in such a cold place it was freezing inside. It's a wonder no was eating inside. Please put a little bit of heating on for your customers
