Not one to leave a bad review. However, we came across a deal, buy one get one free cookie dough on a Thursday. As we placed the order the waitress asked us ‘is it a Thursday?’ which it was. We placed our order which was £7 on the menu, but we had to pay 60p extra which wasn’t made clear on the deal. When asked why has she charged us more, she said due to the deal. We waited around 20 minutes for two cookie doughs, despite it not being busy. Only for her to return without adding ice cream with the cookie doughs. When questioned, the waitress shouted that ice cream does not come with the order. Waste of time and money. Cookie dough was average (added my own ice cream scoop in at home) Service was appalling And waitress needs some training on customer skills. Alternative dessert places a few yards down.

My usual Chinese was closed so we decided to try here, very disappointing. The whole Meal was cold, chips - tiny bag of white cold chips the price for this handful of cold chips was disgusting, rice was cold - had to warm the meal up but we decided not to risk eating it as children was supposed to eat, We did call but nothing was resolved I will not be using again- unsure if it had been left in the delivery car too long or just not cooked enough in house. Either way waste of £31 & had to reorder elsewhere.

Excellent small Costa with friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere for customers. Staff are super helpful and approachable - always prepared to go above and beyond.

service was not good when ordering staff was rude visiting with clients with learning disabilities and asked for some slightly different things that have never been an issue before and you dont expect some eye cutting and huffing

Ordered a hot meze of Ziafet and honestly this looks like dog food. Not ordering from here again. So disappointed. Tastes awful salty as well

My sister sent me a black forest cake and card on my 40th birthday.....Got delivered a wrong frozen brownie cake with a wrong card saying happy birthday to some 15 year old kid!!!! Sent by someone called V ( as per the card) Obviously they messed up the order and have send my cake to them probably ...two birthdays parties now MESSED UP due to their stupid mistake!! Had to go and purchase a fresh cake from MnS as a matter of urgency Never ever buy again from this peoples who cnt get a simple card and cake order right Pathetic!! Ruined my birthday MANY THANKS

This used to be my favourite curry house.. but this time around all my food was cold.. had to heat it in microwave. Chips had to go in the bin.
