i like to help out a small business. very friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. high quality food that tasted very good.

What happened? Came for my birthday with the family, food itself was lovely but the experience as a whole has made me not want to come back for a sit down meal. The waiter was miserable and didn't look like he wanted to be there, everything looked like it was too much work for him. We didn't even sit down before he started to ask what drinks and how many poppadoms did we want - can I not sit down and get my coat off first? Starters took forever to come out, they put 3 plates of salad on the table without saying anything (we assumed it was for the 3 starters) but they sat there for ages before they finally brought out the starters to be put on the plates. The waiter that was serving us kept leaning over trying to grab plates and asking if we had finished even though people were still clearly eating. Found that a bit rude, it's not like they were busy and needed plates back. Starters were beautiful, so was the mains. Couldn't fault the food. Put a bit of a damper on my birthday as I picked that place and was a little embarrassed how the staff were towards us. Felt like we weren't good enough to be there.

We love lime pickle! Best value for money takeaway that you can get. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious and it always arrives really fast. We refuse to order from anywhere else, their customer service is exceptional and they sometimes throw in little extras which is a lovely treat! If we ever move house we will travel far and wide just to get lime pickle 🤣

Food was delicious and hot and our waitress Hannah was attentive, polite and had a smile every time she came to us!! Absolute delightful member of staff!! Well done shall return and hopefully you will serve us again!!

Food was awesome, service was professional and they will see me each week from now on. 10/10

Tuve una comida para llevar, el naan no se había cocinado correctamente, tuve un Balti de pollo mi pareja tenía un naga de pollo... El Balti no era un Balti era como pollo en salsa, ni un toque de tomate, apenas pimientos o cebollas según la descripción, solo 4 piezas de pollo. Mi pareja tenía una naga de pollo que está destinada a tener mucho calor, literalmente te hace sudar... sin calor y sin chile en absoluto... Primera y última vez en Tikka Town. Qué desperdicio de dinero

Server was Luke R, top guy! Attentive without being in any way OTT. Sat on the high seats watching the kitchen and it was great to watch it all unfold without having to jump in and help! Kitchen team are incredible and smashed out a very tough shift for NYE. All the front of house we saw were on their game too. Very nice way to spend a birthday night, thanks Team Hickorys Castle Brom!

I've been here quite a few times, staff are very polite and all desserts have been spot on every time, especially the chocolate cake 😋. The kids love it as well.

We are frequent visitors to Saffron as the food and service is always excellent as is their takeaway service !! We decided to book for Christmas Day for the 1st time this year with our family there were 10 of us in total including grandchildren ranging from 14 years to 2 years of age . I can honestly say it was one of the best Christmas get togethers we’ve had in a while , the food was fantastic with a menu to suit us all and included a children’s menu with great choice. The staff were as always amazing , friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble and they did not hurry us , there was no time limit on the table and we enjoyed a leisurely meal . Thank you to all the team for a memorable day , enjoyed by all members of the family !!!

Sorry to say this but we had christmas dinner they today cost was £91 pound p&p. Strat the welcome was good greeted at the reception , take to the table and that's it for the service. starters came straight out which was ok. Once we had finished we then saw other people with bread rolls. So I asked the waitresses if we got rolls as we had a bread plates on the table which she said o yes you should of had them before your starter did you not get one. So they then stated to panic and got us some rolls after they had taken the finished starters away. Out came the mains again ok but some of our party had food missing off they plates one had no roast potatoes one had 2 so we ended up sharing our plates with each other. You take this and I will have that ECT and with all this we still had the plates that had the bread and the rubbish on out table still. It did not fell like a 91 pound service I have eaten in deferent restaurants for Christmas arranging from 60 pound to 160 pound. After I did complain the service yes did pick up but still not the best. Need less to say don't think will be eating there again. The food I had was Starter brie cranberry parcel.. Main was duck very dry Cheese cake. We did not have a room
