The best restaurants in Stafford West Midlands

Usually never had any problems. Always been quick and hot. The last two times its arrived stone cold. I wouldn’t mind reheating if I hadn’t spent a small fortune both times to feed the family. Definitely not worth the money for what tastes like last nights food. Definitely won’t be using them again

Another superb medium Jalfrezi always consistently good. Tasty cheese burger and curly fries Very nice well cooked food.

Bad customer service, ordered through Uber eats and because of the confusing layout didn’t put any salad or sauce I phoned the store only 2 minutes after ordering and they refused to put salad on my sandwich and so I paid £15 for a plain tuna sandwich, should have just walked to a supermarket and got a meal deal

I called for a snack about 2200hrs whilst travelling in the area; a simple hamburger and a milk shake. Unfortunately, the milk shake machine was closed down overnight; the hamburger was fine. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

Munch and Slurp, Gaolgate Street (Stafford) is a very warm welcoming environment with very friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to lend a hand when/where is needed, the food is absolutely outstanding had breakfast with my mate today and it was hot, good sized portions and also everything on the menu is less than £10 which is very good the hot drinks stay hot when u have, during and after your food, highly recommended to come and visit and relax for a cuppa

Feel totally cat fished by a gorgeous looking Cumberland sausage on a crusty roll. Taste and texture like one of those walls frozen boyos. This is fast food which feels like it has no love and no nutritional value. West Cornwall Pasty Co has taken an enormous fall from grace if this is their new standard. Service was pleasant.

Almost 30mins from entering store to leaving with take away order. Def not fast food. 20 min wait from payment of order as staff focusing on drive-thru and deliveries over in store customers even though our order was put in before several of them. Cold fries by the time we got our food. Very disappointed. Staff friendly though.

I have been disappointed the last few visits but felt this time I needed to say something. I ordered two lattes and asked for them to be extra hot. When eventually they were served to us they were only luke warm. I sent mine back and you did make me another (my husband who dosent like complaining drank his in seconds so he had finished his before my new one was made) but on serving the lattes to our table the waitress both times could have cleared away the dirty used cups and plates that had been left by previous customers but for some incredulous reason she did not ,even though she had a tray and could have easily done this?? It seems your staff need to have some basic housekeeping training. When I am paying just short of £8 for two coffees I expect them to be hot and also to enjoy them at a cleared table!

We ordered 3 meals to be delivered by Uber Eats. Delivery of the food was just over an hour which we expected. Food was cold plus a £6.39 item missing from the delivery. We have visited the restaurant directly twice before and both times the order has been short. Why do they find it so hard to actually read our order. This is a basic requirement. It sadly, in our experience, seems to be the norm. At £77 (inc. delivery) I expected at least what we’d already paid our hard earned cash on.

Had small breakfast,SMALL being the word,it arrived within 2 minutes of sitting down,Freshly cooked I don't think so,toast small and cold ,beans in ramekin, also cold,bacon cold extra small burnt sausage, over cooked hash brown, hard boiled fried egg, wife started eating but stormed out,doesn't like to complain,spoke to manager CHRIS(stone branch,staffs)said it was my fault for not flagging up the problem, no apology just excuses, saying I had eaten most of it ,wife left well over half ,summoned another manager who agreed with the first,asked why it was cold,had no answer price£5.25,absolute joke,steer well clear.

Wouldn't normally buy pizza, but at £3.99 for 7" including 2 extra toppings, and really nice dough, I am a fan! You can have 2 lots of anchovies, for example. I took one (cold, the next day) to a friend who said it was the best he'd ever had. Seems to be a high (counter) staff turnover.

Paid £12 for 2 bacon sandwiches. Bread was stale, Alot of bacon but under done! Terrible disgustingly OVER priced. Certainly wouldn't go back.

We placed an order just to try them, there’s a large variety to choose from we thought. Our order was over £30 so we expected free ribs but you don’t get that online you have to request them. We called to let them know and you don’t get them on online orders you have to request them, about 20 mins after our call we received our order the doorbell went and prawn crackers were left on our doorstep. Down to our orders the lettuce was limp, the chips burnt and there was hardly any sweet and sour sauce. It was a first and last order,

Listen I have been going here for quite some time now and it looks like other people don't like it as much as myself or my family. We all enjoyed the bbq pizza, thoigh of course price could be reduced considerably
