Always busy but friendly and staff can't do enough. I go there with my daughter and 9 month old grandson. Good value for money

The most bland undercooked pizza I have ever been served. Poor quality ingredients used. Will not be back and will warn all my friends

My Order took 2 hours to be delivered. When I called after 1 hour they said it was 6 minutes away. I called back after 15 mins and he said there was no driver allocated to my order and blamed just eat drivers. I asked to cancel the entire order and he said he would but only if i paid again through foodhub first and he would deliver it himself. I was unable to cancel through just eat myself and he said he could do it but he wouldn't do it because he still wanted the money. He even had the audacity to send me a bill on foodhub to my mobile number. The just eat driver finally arrived and said he had only just been notified of an order. I asked to cancel again, but they had given him the food. The driver turned up 10 minutes later and delivered cold, stale food. It all went to waste. Avoid completely.

We were seated in the conservative as one of our family needed wheelchair access. It was very cold , no heat on at all. We were there to celebrate my cousins 91 st birthday, so we ended up wrapping her up in our scarfs to warm her up. We had to ask the waitress to come and take our order, as we were waiting an age. We then had over 30 minutes wait for our food to arrive. We had to chase our order, and the two waitresses were chatting at the bar. We were definitely forgotten or ignored sitting in there by ourselves. The food was nice, but no one came to check on us. We finished our food , but still no one came to ask if we wanted deserts or to clear our plates. When we went to pay, the waitresses were still standing at the bar chatting. Nice food but badly let down by the poor service, and the cold room. We have been here several times, and the staff were brilliant ,very attentive and polite, what happened ?? Maybe not enough training.

When out posting meanu they walk over people's grass don't use paths they use my garden as a short cut and never even posted me a menu so disrespectful

Have always order from, ordered the £17.50 pizza box deal tonight and utterly crap. Food cold, pizza was wafer thin, meet was under cooked. Won't be ordering again that's for sure

Ordered two pizzas and a chicken kebab. All three were far too salty and greasy. Unfortunately we won’t be using these again
