A luxury restaurant in an unimaginable location. I was surprised by the quality of the food. The waiter service shows that they are new, they are not very attentive to the customers and a lot with their arms crossed, but I think that the kitchen makes the place incredible. I would come again for sure.

Disappointing Experience with No Resolution I visited Zaap Headingley on 27/09/2021 and had a deeply disappointing experience due to a sharp piece of exposed metal on the Tuk-Tuk seating booth. It caused a laceration to my thigh and tore my jeans. Despite reporting the issue immediately and providing photographic evidence, receipts, and witness accounts (including the on-duty manager, staff, and even my mother, a retired GP), the issue was never resolved. The manager acknowledged that the defect had been reported previously but was not addressed, demonstrating a serious lack of care in maintaining the seating and customer safety. While the incident was acknowledged in earlier correspondence, I never received compensation or a resolution for the damage to my jeans. This level of professionalism is incredibly disappointing. I hope they’ve improved their seating and now treat their customers better than they treated me. Be mindful and check your table and seating before deciding where to sit and check your crockery for cracks that can harbour harmful bacteria and cuttlery for cleanliness. On a positive note, the food is authentic and tasty.

Delicious and well presented food, seafood pattern was yummy and coffee is a great taste. Baklava well worth waiting for. Well recommended

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever experienced (I’ve tried lots!) The food is so authentic and traditional. Great portion sizes and truly delicious! We will always use this Chinese takeaway. We have never had anything but amazing food. Thankyou cherry tree .

Bobbed en sentarse para un par de desayunos. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenido inmediatamente y el servicio fue con una sonrisa. Encontramos que el desayuno fue decepcionado un poco por la calidad del tocino y la salchicha. El tocino era fino y un poco insípido. La salchicha tampoco parecía especialmente buena. Comimos el desayuno y estaba bien, pero nada especial, que esperábamos. Tres estrellas para la comida y una estrella extra para el personal acogedor.

El desayuno mejor cocinado de la zona. Vale la pena desviarse de los cafés mediocres de Town Street. Las salchichas y el tocino usan carne de buena calidad. Los hachís son caseros. En un momento el servicio era un poco lento, pero parece bastante rápido hoy en día. La comida siempre ha sido genial de cualquier manera.

Everything was fantastic. Great Greek food. Fresh clean and so authentically presented. The staff are so friendly. I just wish the meat was halal but other than that I had the chicken skewers and the home made Tzatziki was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you

Delicioso café con leche de calabaza especiado - justo lo que se necesitaba en un frío, día de otoño! El servidor era muy acogedor y rápido con mi pedido. No me di cuenta de que vendían gel de ducha orgánico y otros productos, y terminaron comprando un par de cosas. Aún no me he aventurado más en la tienda, pero definitivamente lo haré otro día! Este lugar parece ser un verdadero hallazgo.

Stopped off for a coffee after a dog walk from the hollies. Lovely cafe. Will be back to sample the food next time. Pastries looks delish on the counter

Hemos estado en Alter Ego cada mes durante el último año desde que fuimos por primera vez un par de semanas antes de casarnos y nunca decepciona. La comida es deliciosa, muy bien presentada y de gran valor. Hicimos la degustación de vinos una vez, que también fue de gran valor y muy divertido. El servicio es de primera clase y toda la experiencia es relajada, de alta calidad y relajada. Cada menú es variado y diferente y te sientes como si tuvieras un verdadero sabor de Italia. ¡Magnífico!
