Over 2 hours delivery from the time of order, very poor service

Waited 20 minutes for a portion of cold chips collection 😐

Sunday 2nd August 2020 had a group booking for 16 and every single one of us was well disappointed. Been here a few times but this was really bad . Spent £400. Starters were ok but mains meals were a joke. We got the usual saucer sized dish with one roast potato one tiny floret of broccoli and cauli and tiny bits of carrot. Over half the plate was empty . Then to top it all off 4 of our 16 chose cheesecake and every one was frozen solid . What a joke. Also there was no social distancing there were 4 more tables with 4 people on making it 36 people in the small room on the right . I noticed the even smaller room on the left near the bar was packed solid. Staff wore masks and there was hand gel available but we didn’t feel safe . Visit here at your peril . We certainly won’t ever go again .

Normally have no problems with this place. Made an order at 6pm on line for 815 delivery. Received an email at 8pm saying a problem with the order and to call, no answer on phone so we are now left without any meal!!!!

We've been before, but never at Christmas. It was very busy and we were lucky to get a table in the Walled Garden cafe. There was a long queue, which moved reasonably well, and the food was soon delivered. The steak and stilton pie was nice - perhaps a little more cheese? and the Yorkshire sausage and mash generous. Excellent value for money. A suggestion would be to have the daily pie and quiche specials on display at the end of the queue. I had to "jump" the queue to ask what they were. If someone else is ordering, it's no good saying they will tell you at the till, as that person won't know what you want!! It would speed up the queue a little I'm sure.

We went for lunch found a table still had previous people dishes on it . Had to hunt for a menu . Finally ordered a meal & 30 mins later had to clean tbe table as no staff came near. Over a hour after ordering food it came & it was disgusting. The quiche was greasy the chips were cold,& the salad was chopped into tiny tiny pieces . We spent nearly £40 on 2 meals & 2 coffee & was waiting nearly a hour & sent mist of it back . & only had 1 member of staff come to table in nearly 2 hours & that was who brought us our food . So best advice avoid at all cost

Went to best friend's wedding reception here yesterday really impressed went all out and what a lovely couple very friendly couldn't do enough for you really good food aswell

Don't understand the cafe and the staff we went to have a jacket and salad non available and also no fish and chips 25c outside hot summers day and I have had to have the only thing available is lasagne and chips. I asked the staff why nothing is available and they said we have ran out of products. It's a Morrisons supermarket 🤣🤣.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent meal at this pub. The spicy burger, while visually appealing, was accompanied by cold, rubbery fries that were inedible. The burger itself was of poor quality and left an unpleasant aftertaste. This was one of the worst pub meals I've ever had, and at £14, I felt completely ripped off. I won't be returning!

Delivered it good time. Missing Corn, Missing Dips and 2 Boneless strips missing. 6 pieces of Chicken all drumsticks and the chips lukewarm and stuck together. When I rang to complain they wanted me to collect even after I'd paid for delivery.
