Ordered food tonight which never turned up, tried to call to find out where food was & phone was going to voice mail. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Never again going here ordered off the Mcdonald app order came withing 30 mins which was good, but missing two items. I spoke to driver as told him its missing two items all he said was its sealed which it was. So I rang the branch to be told iv got to go through uber eats, which is a joke tried to go through user eats even though it wasn't there fault. Cannt get through to anyone my last order isn't up on there site but is up on my Mcdonald app with photo of proof. So now I down two double quater pounders and a tenner. No help from cortonwood restaurant what a joke if I could put 0 stars I would. Passing the blaim onto someone else went through mcds app as had this problem before with justeat app. Got told it would have been sort if I went through mcds app. So did it this time to be sent else where. Jokes give your heads a wobble.

I went here on my way to work the morning of 7/12/24. I was getting multiple drinks for my colleagues. There were 2 staff on shift and 1 especially went above and beyond to help me with my drinks as I was worried about getting so many and dropping or spilling the them. I didn’t manage to catch their name but I hope they can identify who it was from the shift pattern and get some recognition. From securing my drinks and labelling each one to opening the door for me definitely 5 star customer service

We turned up just as closing and everything had been put away but the 2 lovely ladies got things back out and served us with a smile 10/10 for quality and service xx

We visited today to be welcome by the lovely liz so smiley and welcoming and also very helpful! Lovely service and the food was amazing! We don’t always visit but when we do it’s always so nice and welcoming by the staff. Thank you

my pizzas were burnt I ordered deep pan and got thin and crispy worst pizza I have ever tasted I must admit they did offer me 10% discount of my new order but I will not be ordering from there gain that's has putilaunched me of I couldn't eat it all at ended up eating nothing

Called in today after walking up from Greasbrough. Had a cup of tea, with a plastic thimble of milk and a machine poured latte. Coffee was cold and too frothy, tea was just 1 teabag, no pot!! Coffee was £3.55, and tea £2.45 you don’t pay that in top notch coffee shops! Sorry but if you are going to charge london prices then do better.

Disgusting 🤢 Spent over £40 for 3 meals. Mozzarella sticks were rock solid. Chips were burnt along with the burger. Sadly waited over two hours too for it to be delivered. Very disappointing, even my young child was like we are never ordering from here again.
