Had a fantastic delivery tonight while visiting a friend's house for tea. Food was piping hot and plenty of it. Had one of the box meals with burger and kebab in. It was hot and delicious. Very good value for money 👍 good job guys, looking forward to trying thr red kebab next time :)

Awful customer service. Girl with french was stroppy and lied about that she doesn t have a pen to write on cups. shouldnt be working there if you can t deal with busy environment.

Ordered food from here and never turned up useless on the phone making excuses waited 3 hour and they won’t help or refund

Good food ordered but was missing a large chips on the order, delivery driver says he would contact the shop to which I phoned 30 mins later and he hadn't passed the message on , good food all in all just wish they would check the order before it is sent out

Food poisoning n sat on toilet for half n hour n chicken dry n chips taste like there from freezer n 2 hour wait

I visited the services where I bought a whopper meal from BK yesterday evening, which was very tasty and filling. The service I received from the lady on the front counter was exceptional, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and she was more than happy to help. This is exactly how customer service should be!! Bravo to the lady!! Thank you One very happy customer

The food here is 5************* always service with a smile

The bacon was hard (not crispy, more like it had been cooked and left to go stale - couldn’t even cut it with a knife and fork), the fried eggs were overcooked and hard. The cafe didn’t have many customers, so not sure why these items weren’t done fresh? Disappointing.
