Yumi Thai is a takeaway rather than a restaurant, but it's a takeaway with a difference. Yupa cooks all the food in her own kitchen so it is proper quality home cooked food. The food is excellent and great value. It's way better than any shop takeaway.

Wow. Probably one of the friendliest welcomes to an eatery we’ve ever had. Much appreciated. Food so good. So much choice. Very efficient and quick service too. It’s a place you feel you would just keep coming back to (but sadly we live a bit far away). Great ethos. Great vibe. Can’t wait to go back. And such good value for money.

I've been coming here for years and never ate anything I didn't love. I'm not vegan however if I could cook this well I probably would be. Greg (owner) is a lovely human being and always up for a chat.

Visited here with family off the back of a recommendation and we wasn’t disappointed. The food here is fabulous & I would say the best Italian I’ve visited in the UK. The prices are very good too with plenty of choices. Well worth a visit you’ll not regret it.

We go to the gym next door and had this place recommended by a fellow gym bunny. Decided to call in for lunch. I had the burger and my partner had quiche. Both piping hot and plenty of it, REALLY tasty as well. Staff absolutely lovely and prices perfect. Thank you so much

Great little cafe run by a very enthusiastic young couple, we are gradually eating our way down the menu of authentic Greek food, they import ingredients from Greece, and we would say that everything is “para poly nostimo!” (Very very tasty) As someone else has stated elsewhere a wonderful addition to Ossett and they seem to have a loyal clientele who appreciate their food and friendly atmosphere. So if you haven’t been there yet come on give it a try, you never know, you may wonder why you didn’t go in before. Efcaristome, keep on serving the good food and they will come. (Apologies I haven got a Greek alphabet keyboard)

Visited Gallimore's bar and restaurant today. Amazing food, nothing to fault at all. Excellent choices, food hot, friendly waitresses and waiters. Already booked our next visit. Great food Craig

Beautiful fish and chips cooked to perfection. All the food is cooked to order and everything is tasty and hot.Great service, lovely pleasant staff always service with a smile. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food that is sold. I would reccomend this little gem of a shop to anyone.

I am saying everything in my honest directly from my heart to Hidden. Over months I have driven passing this site in my Lorry and seeing something fancy inside I wonder what would it be. My mind keeps telling myself that I MUST visit as soon as possible. Yesterday I put my money where my mouth is, eventually, I went to Hidden Cafe after touring in Coal Mine Museum nearby as a solo person like a Lone Wolf. In that night of being as customer. Environment inside is so beautiful making my mind going to Shangri La. Whether it is an cafe or an mini restaurant or an bar or all of them! Doesn’t really matter because this urban place is an low key place in all set reasons of visiting. Even pop in for a ten minute drink with your friend. I had an well cooked golden pizza with three buns of garlic bread and an posh red wine in addition to my meal. An ace to the young marvellous chef called Milly. Both of the waitress are lovely and welcoming. Sharing stories and our conversations went up to joy and equally. Just like playing tennis. We speak a few lines and wait for the reply or respond instead of holding the ball for too long. We talked all sort of topics. Music, career, families, prologue, hobbies, future and more. Taking yard by yard. Life goes on. Another to mention, their music in the background is smooth, correct volume and matching to the room of relaxing. Somebody could say, ‘To the stars’. Extremly clean and homely, the staff are lovely and go that extra mile to ensure you are well looked after. I can't wait for this lockdown to end so I can have a breakfast again.

Great fish and chip shop with an excellent extended menu. Some great managers specials, including the all-day special which includes a free sausage with your fish and chips. The owners and staff are all lovely and friendly.
