Booked for lunch here and were met by a waiter at the door. He was wearing a face mask but when he spoke we couldn’t understand anything he said other than the word “pizza”!! He then started to lead us to a table but we asked him to repeat what he had said. This time we understood “no pizza”. We had to confirm a further two or three times that he meant there was no pizza available, which eventually he did. He spoke so fast and with such a strong accent that it was impossible to tell what he said. He obviously assumed that we didn’t like pizza as he was intent on showing us to our table - wrong! An Italian restaurant that doesn’t have pizza - never heard of this before - useless. Oh, and thanks for sending me and our 4 year in the total wrong direction for your toilet!! Spite or incompetence?! We walked to Bella Italia and understood everything the waitress said and had a great meal including pizza!!!

Visitamos M&S Vangarde todos los viernes para hacer nuestra tienda de alimentos. Antes de hacer la tienda de alimentos siempre disfrutamos de una visita de desayuno a la cafetería, que es un comienzo relajante del día. Mirando alrededor del café hay muchos otros habituales también. El personal es siempre feliz y muy acogedor, en particular Lisa, Rachael y Erin. El personal también está encantado de hacer ajustes en nuestras opciones de alimentos - para garantizar que se cocinan tal como nos gusta. Nuestros favoritos son el Gran Desayuno, la salchicha ciabatta y el jamón y tres tostadas de queso. Todos están deliciosos. El té y el café también son excelentes. Gracias por un amable, sabroso y rentable comienzo de nuestro viernes, que ambos disfrutamos mucho.

I regularly visit this shop, always very clean and well maintained,it has a small corner to sit and have coffee and cake etc.. great coffee and the best Ice cream I have ever tasted... really lovely staff, always friendly and helpful...and of course a great selection of Hotel Chocolat goodies... would highly recommend

I think the service was very good. And all round a good experience. Izzy and lucas served us and was good. Very posotive time here and manager was dealing well with chalenges of hospitality.

Staff are absolutely rude my 10 year old sister asked my boyfriend a question and they mimicked her from the back which is rude and also made her uncomfortable but got her to ask him again absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and then whilst we were sat eating they were shouting and banging around and laughing yes have fun but not around your customers absolute disgrace

Visité con amigos para el fin de semana noche bistró. No estaba ocupado, pero era un lugar pequeño y acogedor con iluminación acogedora. Decidí ir por tapas que sonaban sabrosas, pronto llegó y se veía bien, pero no era muy cálido y no tenía mucho sabor. Las albóndigas eran comibles pero con muy poco sabor, las setas eran grandes cuando sentí que deberían haber sido abotonadas y la salsa era bastante insípida, los mejillones estaban todos cocinados pero la salsa era acuosa como lo que obtendrías con los mejillones que puedes comprar en la bolsa. Estaba muy decepcionado porque quería que fuera mucho más sabroso. El personal era encantador y se esforzó mucho, pero siento que la comida lo defraudó. Cuando usé el inodoro estaba limpio pero muy frío y anticuado, la cocina estaba cubierta por una pantalla, pero podía escuchar el ping de microondas mientras esperaba. Realmente espero que puedan hacer que esto funcione, pero sus alimentos deben tener más cuidado en ellos que reflejen sus precios. Puede que lo intente de nuevo pero no por un tiempo, esperemos que les dé tiempo a mejorar. Lamento no haber tomado fotos.

Food OK but drive through time of 40 minutes totally crazy so first and last visit. Just under 1 hr wait for food for 4 cars waiting. Never again 😒

While looking for a cleared table, most of the tables still had used plates and cups on them but there was only 2 staff on but not that busy, one lady was serving and the other one was clearing the tables, she then used the same sweeping brush on the table that she had been using on the floor, she never sprayed or wiped the table! After serving they both sat down at a table talking I’m assuming having a break, while there were still dirty uncleared tables.

The food was nice but the service was horrible!! The person who served me called phoebe was very condescending ams was really rude to the staff
