Las tostadas son muy buenas y llenas. El pan tostado de cerdo tirado es para morirse, la carne siempre es tan tierna. El personal es fantástico! Muy atento, amable y amable. Algunos de los mejores servicios al cliente que he experimentado. Dark Horse ha unido a la comunidad de South Bank. Solía vivir a la vuelta de la esquina y entrar con bastante frecuencia.

We came in today after eyeing up the fabulous window display of sweet treats over the past few days the staff in their where so lovely and pleasent and the cakes we all got where to die for! Highly recommend if you're ever in York 😊❤️

Great little spot ticked out of the way. The staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. They have a good selection of beers on tap and in cans. The food menu has extensive choice of burgers, sides, mac n cheese, loaded fries and some good veggie options. Regular specials keep it interesting too. We've tried a lot of different things off the menu and all has been great but particularly some of the 'out there' stuff like the Vada Pav and Katsu burgers and the curry and mango chutney loaded fries. Highly recommend

Not the first time coming. A small business, but a huge passion stays at the base of it. I can't recommend these guys enough. A pleasure to come here each time :)

Based on positive reviews I have this a try. The chicken was shredded and tasteless (reminded me of tuna) and the rest just wasn’t tasty.

Highly recommend. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I shall return as the meal was excellent value.

El tamaño de la porción era genial, tan fresco y sabroso, todo el personal era encantador, volveremos a visitar! ! ¡La mejor parte mantuvo a los niños felices y tranquilos! ? fabulosos negocios les deseo la mejor esperanza de volver a verlos pronto!

Gyros was nice but the place is not child friendly or adaptive. Asked for a child’s tuna sandwich which arrived, two plain slices of bread with dry tuna placed in the middle. No sauce or butter. Was shocked on paying to be charged £9 for this, and when questioned was told we COULD have had the full tuna sandwich on home made bread and side dish so that’s why it was still full price. Very over priced and not child friendly menu.

Low prizes, a tasty and wide variety of chocolate (flavours, drinks, sweets). The staff is very polite and kind. Definitely five stars! 🥰

Fantastic experience. Really friendly place with great food. Good value for money in York. Waiters were lovely. Lovely old building.

Fui a ver a mi mamá para tomar un café y el caballero detrás del mostrador habló con nosotros y tener un poco de charla. Tenía un nervio atrapado y me ofreció un paracetamol para ayudar con el dolor y como siempre el café es fantástico. Siempre un gran lugar para visitar.

Excellent cafe, went with family, had stacked pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries, and bacon. Fantastic. Going again next week will have the same.
