Credit where due, we called in past on Friday 27th December 2024 for Chicken Royale's with fries and a drink, the two young males that served us worked efficiently, we think that it was "Ash" (from the name badge) who was the main server for us, he was very friendly, polite and very quick to take our order and serve it to us, the food was hot and tasty, indeed we were quite impressed because it had been busy down the beach area hence we were surprised how quickly and efficiently we were served. Great choice of drinks, good price, quite impressed really. Well done to the staff in the store, though in particular to our servers that day, credit where due!

Came here with my family. 5 stars for food and service. There was something on the menu for everyone and food came fast and was delicious. Great for kids, will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area as the service was fab.

El hotel estaba muy ocupado con una conferencia y un té funerario. Tuvimos que tomar nuestro té de la tarde en el vestíbulo, que carecía de ambiente. El servicio era excepcionalmente lento, 50 minutos de espera para nuestra comida. La mala selección de sándwiches y pasteles estaba mal presentada, las galletas cortadas por la mitad, por ejemplo. Los bollos sin embargo eran excelentes. El gerente aceptó nuestras críticas y por eso le doy las 2 estrellas. Quizás la dotación de personal no fue adecuada para la cantidad de visitantes del hotel, pero no podemos vernos a mí ni a mis amigos en un futuro cercano.

If I'm paying for hot food I want bloody hot food. Its always the dame when I go there. Even the new drive through you get cold food there too

they were late in delivering, and the app reported the order delivered 20 minutes before I recieved my food, several of the chips weren't cooked properly.

It’s exactly what I expected from a chipy shop. Fish was hand battered right in front of me, chips are hand cut. As a tourist visiting Edinburgh it’s very frustrating trying to eat at pubs - the food spaces are always full. Sit down restaurants all close too early. So all I wanted was a good fish & chips take away. This shop delivers! Plus, it’s open until 2am. This shop also offers a lot of other yummy looking options as well.

So to begin, I have to point out the flaws. My partner said his fish was a touch soggy, and I ordered chips bolognaise but the name isn’t very accurate. It was the most amazing chips and gravy type sauce I’ve ever had. Like AMAZING, especially for a takeaway after a couple drinks. But it was not a bolognaise sauce. However, I was so happy I didn’t care. The chips were nicely fried and the sauce was heaven. I did check, at first thinking I had received chips and gravy, but that is indeed their chips bolognaise. Regardless of the title, I’ll be getting it again on a night when cooking doesn’t appeal.

No hay establecimiento de lujos con precios bajos para igualar, situado en la planta superior de un supermercado económico y frente a la hermosa playa de Aberdeen. Gran habitación y servicio muy agradable.
