The best restaurants serving American food in Newham London

We ordered a couple of kids meas, burger and Mac and cheese. After approx 15 mins wait collected to find Mac and cheese cold I returned it and waited for the new one , whilst other food went cold Wish I had asked for refund , Mac and cheese was watery and bland, The fries too salty. Will not be returning and not recommend

The wings have a kick Nice little venue ildeal for those catch up times staff were good and manager was nice and friendly Went on the back of a food blogger definetly cant say i was disappointed also happened to be showing the football and rugby Literally 3/4 mins from station Last point very accomadating as booked for 1 arrived at 2 hats off for understanding I would definetly go back need to try that 24" pizza Only took pics of the side orders but also had pizza, onion rings, mac and cheese bites twice and choclate brownie

Stop putting terrys orange chocolate sauce in the milky way mcflurries. First time was an honest mistake, but you are just taking the piss now. Do not test me.

An Underwhelming Experience – Will Not Be Returning I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment and cannot recommend it to others. Here's why: • When I called to confirm my booking, the staff member I spoke to was unprofessional and dismissive, displaying poor customer service skills. • Despite the venue being at only 30% capacity, it took an astonishing 1.5 hours for our drinks to arrive, while staff stood around idly. • The manager was notably unhelpful, repeatedly avoiding us whenever we had a question or needed assistance. • The process for accessing the shisha lounge was confusing and poorly communicated during the booking process. • Our table was given to another party because we were misdirected by staff, who told us to enter the room and wait to be seated. • Shockingly, we were informed that our table was sold to another group because they claimed they couldn’t locate us, despite us being present. This left us feeling humiliated and frustrated. While the venue itself shows potential, the management and staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy were glaringly apparent. The overall experience was far below acceptable standards.

Pasamos por una noche tranquila de domingo para una comida, y fuimos rápidos para hacer nuestro pedido. Nuestra comida no fue muy rápida para ser servida, aunque se veía muy bien cuando lo conseguimos. Las hamburguesas sabían muy bien, sin quejas allí. Mi batido estaba bien, pero no era exactamente impresionante. Los chips de arrugas eran insípidos, así que cambié los míos por los de mis amigos parmesanos. Gran error. Había un poco de parmesano y un montón de una especie de goo gris, que sabía mal. Fue extraño ver parte del restaurante tomado por lo que parecía ser un club de ajedrez.

I had the thin crust BBQ chicken pizza. It was good but I miss the red onions that are put on BBQ chicken pizzas in the US. The waiter was friendly. The timing on the service was average.

Avoid this place. Always missing something or the wrong order. I ordered a big mac once and I got a wrap and 4 fries? Also don't expect breakfast at 5am they don't put it on uber eats until 5:30 at least and I still can't get it. Never ever put sauces in with nuggets when it's INCLUDED, it's really not that difficult is it? Forget straws with your drinks too. I'm fed up with this place

Twice in the past month I have gone into this branch, the ordering machines don't work properly and either time out or come up with an error when taking your money. They have taken my money and not processed my order. You can't use the counter for card payments they say cash only for card you have to use the machine but when you tell them it doesn't work they just say not our problem contact their head office. I will never again use this branch. Slow service unhelpful staff and machines that rip you off

Only wanted a tea to drink in, why is it that all these corporate coffee brands don’t teach the staff to make tea. It is not 50% milk and 50% tea. Doesn’t matter if you say you just want a splash of milk your get a splash that you would expect from Niagra falls

Ordered from this KFC several times and I can honestly say they’ve always got the order wrong, staff don’t want to help, manager never seems to believe anything. Food is cold on delivery. Check the reviews on just eat and other delivery sites you’ll see they’ve got a ha or of letting everyone down. Nearly 90% of all the reviews are negative. Head office really need to come down and inspect how this part of their franchise is treating their customers. Absolute shambles

Worst chicken briyani ( with two cube of chicken only) I have ever eaten in my whole life. If have to eat plain rice like that better to go sawan bhawan and eat paneer briyani, the veg of there taste better than this so called chicken briyani. Wasted £5.95 for nothing.
