Visité Clean Kitchen en Battersea Power Station el 23 de noviembre de 2024 , y tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. A pesar de que me dijeron antes que el restaurante estaba abierto hasta las 8 PM, cuando regresé a las 7 : 13 PM para hacer un pedido, me informaron que el mostrador estaba "temporalmente cerrado. " Después de esperar pacientemente, me dijeron a las 7: 20 PM — 40 minutos antes de la hora de cierre declarada — que ya no aceptaban pedidos y que cerrarían el mostrador en tres minutos. Este mal servicio al cliente fue frustrante no solo para mí, sino también para otro turista que fue rechazado de manera similar. Es decepcionante ver tanto desprecio por los clientes, especialmente en un lugar tan prestigioso como Battersea Power Station, que se enorgullece de ofrecer una gran experiencia. La falta de profesionalidad y la mala gestión de Clean Kitchen perjudican la reputación de este monumento. I ordered a box meal and some sides on deliveroo. They missed 2 items, the food that I got was dry and cold. They didn’t even put any napkins, any ketchup or any sauces. Not even salt pepper or any towelettes they normally add in any other KFC!!! I tried to call and no answer. An Absolute joke.

Delicious food but the ordering process was stressful. The music was blaring and the server was stressed. When the order arrived, half of it was missing. The manager checked our receipt and we hadn’t been charged for the missing items but all the same my friend didn’t get his food. Maybe I f the music was turned down, the servers would be able to hear the customers.

Pas comme en France encore une fois... ici le goût est là. Bon, ça restera toujours du poulet qui ne voit pas la lumière du jour et qui est gavé d’antibio, en un mot du poulet de m... pour cela -2 étoiles

So we got seated quite quickly which was good but it was all downhill from there. It took 30 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, when she did she said we better get the whole order in as soon as possible as the kitchen was piling up with Deliveroo orders; why on earth they weren’t prioritising seated customers I’ll never know. When we finally got our food which took an age they got the order wrong. We had to remind them half way through our burgers that we were missing the wings, another 20 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived. We asked to cancel the order of wings as it was just getting ridiculous and it felt like it was an inconvenience to them and no apology was given. If this business is going to survive you need better staff

Worst KFC ever. The chicken was soaked in oil that the skin just slid off and 1/2 my order was missing. The food wasn’t even worth £5 and I paid £25 for 1/2 the order. I ordered through Deliveroo, logged my complaint and then called the store. The man offered to add more to my order but I had to place another order through Deliveroo first . Absolute circus and never again !
