The best restaurants serving American food in South East

Had some great food and experience from our waitress jess

We arrived to an empty bar. After a while someone came from the back to serve us but she seemed disinterested and looked as if she wanted to be anywhere else. To add to our experience the beer we ordered tasted odd and was flat. We never ordered another drink as the kitchen was closed so we went elsewhere to eat.

These guys always deliver good food, and their selection is fairly impressive. I was pleased that they brought me the milkshake they forgot to deliver the other day. I thought that was a nice touch. My only complaint is the lack of sugar free soft drinks. Diet/Zero Coke or Pepsi Max would be great.

Great food, very nice service, fast service, I highly recommend the burger, it's delicious

Went there last night, staff were very attentive and accommodating to our order. The wife wanted the Dogs dinner but though the full rack of ribs was to much, so I ordered the breaded chicken starter and asked for it on a larger plate so I could have half her ribs. The dishes came out as asked. For dessert order the Pigs trough which was excellent. Will definitely look at coming again

Food was ok, asked for air con to be turned down (bearing in mind it was -2 outside) thought we’d asked for the earth.. left a decent tip for the meal, 10% but upon leaving not even a ‘thank you’ or ‘goodnight’.. as I say food was adequate but staff ? Not really..

Came here for a boxing day set menu, and it's in a lovely, cosy setting and it was made up all Christmassy, which was nice. Starters were phenomenal, and the desert was brilliant too. I have to say I wasn't overwhelmed with the steak. However, I am conscious I had a set menu steak and not the more expensive usual menu steak. The steak was really good, but I had higher hopes for steak specialists. That said, I will def come to try their actual steak menu another time for sure as overall the food was really nice and the steak came with lots of extras. I was absolutely stuffed. Staff were really lovely. Our server, in particular, was a gem! Once the main lunch rush was over, service got quicker, which is totally to be expected. They do some fantastic alcohol free cocktails here and a few non/low alcoholic beers as well as the usual selection of alcoholic stuff. Top marks for the non alcoholic cocktail! The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the toilets were a bit gross today, but there were lots of younger kids present. I would recommend it!

Nice looking place and that is where it stops, 18.30 dinner reservation 4 out of 8 had starters, i myself had Pork Belly 3 Slivers for just under £10.00 bit step, 20.30 still waiting for our mains to come out of which two were luke warm at best. Great location but will not be returning.

Have never been in to Martins in person but have ordered delivery a few times and they never fail. Great burgers, amazing chips!!! I may have to visit now though as have moved out of delivery area sadly and I think about these burgers often!!!

Long wait times, dry burger and no picanha or chimichurri in an Argentine steakhouse. Ambiance was good and the waiters were nice

Overpriced and overrated. Visited during peak hour so waiting was expected. Ordered 10 wings (Original and Louisiana) and waited 15 minutes. Not their fault. Wings were small, like half the size of a normal chicken wing in a supermarket. Original wing tasted dry and quite bland. Louisiana was better, but just like grilled wings with sauce poured over. Ranch dip was good though. Overall mediocre experience and will not visit again.

Food and service was absolutely impeccable, never have I had an experience like it, would highly highly recommend, thank you to our server Maddie and the team, very happy customer

Great food. Excellent options for starters and a lovely roast for the main course on Sunday afternoon. A nice and relaxed environment in the back rooms to eat and drink with family and friends.
