The best restaurants serving American food in Swindon South West

Stumbled across this little gem whilst in The Brunel Centre. Ordered a Blue Mooba and a Classic Mooba, along with Loaded Fries. The burgers were amazing and the fries were also very good (though be warned, the sauce is spicy!). Very surprised there weren’t more people eating here, given it was a Saturday lunchtime!

Eddie’s Bar and Grill doesn’t exist any more. It has ceased trading. Hard to tell where is was, but maybe the shop is now a Gyros shop?

I love Miller and carter usally, and I haven’t been in a couple of years. I was really looking forward to it … my £40 steak was stone cold, along with my chips and sauce. The steak was mostly inedible. I did get it taken off the bill, however I was very disappointed. The young lady that served us was absolutely lovely about the whole situation, and couldn’t have been nicer.

Great place to eat. Even our little one enjoys it here. Shame it's closed down. As the service and food was always great here.

Wow. We have been a few times to the new venue and tonight surpassed every meal we have had so far. My son and I had the Beef On The Rocks and my god, the steak was cooked to perfection, a beautiful piece of meat, delicious sauce, new potatoes and steaming hot fresh veg. Absolutely superb. My husband had the Katsu Curry Burger and love it. I had the Lychee Cooler Mocktail which makes a nice change from Coke Zero when not drinking. It looked fun and tasted delicious. Superb service as always, a win all round. Many thanks.

First timer here, and I’d say the food and service was on point. Was surprisingly empty when we walked in (about 6pm on a bank holiday) and so was a little weary at first, but once we ‘settled in’ and started eating, we were more than content. Prices are a little steep, but I’d argue this is quality over quantity; even though we certainly had quantity as well. I’d be amazed if anyone could sit through four servings as the menu lays out. Decor was good, food obviously, cheesecake uncertain (I made the mistake of ordering when already full, would’ve probably enjoyed it more otherwise). Didn’t catch her name either, but a shout out to the waitress (youngish with presumably dyed blonde hair) who was pleasant and welcoming. Quite likely to return here if ever in the area.

Was served the wrong burger, so took it back in straight away. They could not be more apologetic about it. They sorted my problem out within 2 minutes with a fresh burger and another apology. What a fantastic place and the burgers are awesome 👌

We had such a great time! It was 2 Sundays before Christmas but not too busy. Everything we wanted to order was available and served hot and fresh. We were 4 adults and an older child. Our waitress Jackie was utterly brilliant - so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back! ☺️

Amazing , I ordered the maple pancakes , my daughter had the all day breakfast and Childs pancakes for my granddaughter , iced coffee What can I say the best breakfast that I have had for a long time The pancakes were so light and fluffy tasted amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and the poached eggs cooked to perfection The child’s pancakes were lovely

My family and I went to this burger joint (now rebranded The Confessional) for lunch today. Being a vegetarian for 29 years, I ordered a mushroom halloumi burger and my daughter ordered a chicken burger. The idiotic server brought the order unlabelled and in the wrong order, leading to me eating three bites of CHICKEN before realising it wasn’t grilled halloumi. I am absolutely disgusted and furious and I will never EVER return. I will be making sure my family and friends won’t be coming either. Appalling service in every way.

Sainsbury’s Restaurant is now closed . Permanently and replaced with an Argos store . Such a shame as the food and drinks used to be pretty good I don’t know why Sainsbury’s are doing this to a lot of the stores I’m guessing to try and save money now you have the opportunity to have a sandwich and a packet of crisps and a drink to go

Ordered on kfc app at 13. 46 and it's 15.30 now the food still not been delivered yet very bad service no option of cancelling

one of the worst experiences in PIZZA HUT, ordered 2 pizzas for the deal of £10 any pizza size took 2 for £20, took these home to experience the next day awful upset stomach as the pizza they made was highly contaminated with bacteria, a whole day of upset stomach and to have a awful sore throat. Never will I i use that place, their food was late in receiving even though I ordered online. Whatever they was doing in the kitchen to handling it in the box was not right.

Terrible! I recently ordered from Burger Now in Swindon, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The delivery was incomplete, with a crucial part of the order missing. As a result, what did arrive was stone cold by the time it reached me. There's nothing worse than looking forward to a meal and then being let down by cold food and poor service. Given the mishap with the order, it’s clear that their attention to detail and customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. To be told given that I should ask for a refund tomorrow, DISGUSTING.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.
