The best restaurants serving American food in South West

Whilst sat in my car on my private driveway getting ready to set off anouther car decided to use my driveway to turn round on. When I challenged the driver of said vehicle he denied turning around on my private driveway and told me to "'**** off". He then proceeded to drive a couple of houses down and then got out to deliver some Dominos pizzas to a neighbour whilst dressed in thr company uniform. Naturally I reported this altercation and a week or so later thr area manager called me. Off course the delivery driver denied any knowledge of this altercation and there wasn't even an apology over the tresspass onto my property. Shocking customer service all round.

Newly renovated awesome view food is good and Riley was fantastic. Very attentive and just all round good service. Looking forward to to the expanded menu.

We go to this wetherspoon quite regularly. It is quite basic unlike many spoons which are based in historic buildings. However the food is fine for what you pay and the beer is kept pretty well, much better than many spoons I have visited. Downside, it does get really busy so sometimes can't get a table.

I had a groupon booking for 11.30am. Arrived and the girl was just opening up, but when we came in, she came rushing and said we're not open until 12. I showed her our booking and she just shrugged, as if to say ' I don't care', we open at 12. End of. Didn't feel like eating there after that customer " serivce" and I've had my voucher refunded.

Friendly locally staffed people. Ideal as you know what you are ging to get .No suprises in the menu but that can be a good thing.

Very poor ,went in to order takeaway 3 pc meal and when I got home realised I was given 3 legs!!!! Guys there should be a least one pc of breast!!!!

I come in everyday and the staff re second o none they know I suffer with bad anxiety but all the staff are so nice I dot know what I would do without seeing them all…they look after there other customers as best they can..McDonald’s are very lucky to have such good people working for them hanks to all of them john..

Racist employees, extremely judgmental. Around 18/19 year old girl made my daughter feel uncomfortable as they were making fun of a delivery driver as he left saying he looked like a terrorist! Unacceptable behaviour as we are muslim ourselves won’t be visiting again!

one of the worst experiences in PIZZA HUT, ordered 2 pizzas for the deal of £10 any pizza size took 2 for £20, took these home to experience the next day awful upset stomach as the pizza they made was highly contaminated with bacteria, a whole day of upset stomach and to have a awful sore throat. Never will I i use that place, their food was late in receiving even though I ordered online. Whatever they was doing in the kitchen to handling it in the box was not right.

Embarrassing.. 10 people queuing outside a restaurant that was less than a quarter full. All because Slim Chickens are prioritising Delivery's over customers who are actually at the restaurant. The kitchen couldn't keep up.

Came to Bournemouth for a few days and round the corner was this place. You never forget if you have been to Nathan’s in New York and so it couldn’t be the same experience or could it. Absolutely excellent, what a great experience and really friendly staff. The hotdog was perfect and the Chicken Wings were superb. What a find and both my wife and I were very happy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

I thought customer facing staff are taught how to give a professional service, she definitely didn't. I will not allow a teen to look me up and down, horrible as we are paying their wages.
