Tamworth services "Gregs" the sausage and bacon baguette, the advert, 4 sausages, the baguette 2 sausages,and to cap it off it was freezing but slightly warmer than the staff, this is becoming too often at Gregs, same thing at Gatwick at the beggining of the week, to the point where it’s time to change where I go, back to the caravans on the side of the road. Terrible service to be honest. Called numerous times just rang through. Finally got through and was spoken to disgracefully people shouting in background and asked if delivery was available if not I would collect didnt really speak on the phone obviously taking alot of orders and not really wanting any new customers. I was told well not really delivery wont be today and if I waited it would be 2 hours. Lerson on the phone was rude and didn't give me any options. Totally put me off!

Looked good from first appearances, but was not impressed at all! Food was absolutely awful. Soggy cold chips, a bit of a not really interested attitude from staff. Wouldn't go back.

Popped in for a couple drinks, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, all very happy and helpful! Will definitely be back in again soon:)

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!

Called into KFC in Hereford today. I last had one almost a year ago and thought the fillet burger was significantly smaller than it used to be. It looks like they've done it AGAIN. The paltry size of the chicken in my burger might as well have been a deep fried beer mat with KFC coating. 😡 £7.99 for the meal is a bloody rip off. Especially when you're still hungry and have to buy a supermarket sandwich to tide you over.

Absolutely disgraceful service from EMILY who told me and my baby to go elsewhere when I asked how long my order would take after sitting at the Drivethrough for over 20 minutes with no explanation. When I suggested I would make a complaint she happily told me it would only go through to her anyway. I am customer facing in my job and if I spoke to my clients like that I would no longer be employed. Maybe this restaurant should be more selective when hiring a representative of the business. Instead of rude, childish, bad mannered children with no social skills whatsoever. I won’t be leaving it there. Where has the customer service gone in this country??? A simple apology and explanation was literally all I needed and I would have been happy to wait a little longer.

We visited yesterday it was quite quiet but the whole place was in a dirty mess. Pepsi spilt all over the floor, food everywhere, tables filthy and bins over flowing. One of the workers went on a break stepped over all the spilt drink and sat down at table without notifying anyone. No cleaner in sight. Dread to think what the toilets are like. Really going downhill. Also there is nowhere on the order screen to ask for extra Mayo

Tables dirty, floor messy. Numbers left all over tables, not cleared away. Food ok. Staff quite cheery. Visiting area so nearest eatery to hotel. Doubt we will be back

Almost 30mins from entering store to leaving with take away order. Def not fast food. 20 min wait from payment of order as staff focusing on drive-thru and deliveries over in store customers even though our order was put in before several of them. Cold fries by the time we got our food. Very disappointed. Staff friendly though.

Well where do I start from I went to kfc on the 19th of December 2024 I placed my order was waiting for 30minutes while I was waiting there was a delivery driver waiting to pick up his order and honestly the way the lady spoke to him was so rude it was unbelievable I was in total shock so I didn't want to get involved but I had to because the lady was just being so rude the way she was speaking to him I asked another member of staff they said she was a manager I said if she is a manager that is really unacceptable behaviour she should set better standards for her staff and have some regard for the costumers who are there in store finally I won't be going there from now on disgusting behaviour
