The best restaurants serving American food in England

Tuvimos un trabajo que hacer en Navidad aquí, 16 personas. El servicio no podría ser peor. El personal era desatento, nunca preguntamos si queríamos bebidas y esperamos mucho tiempo para conseguir comida, tuvimos que perseguirlos después de casi una hora de espera. Los tiempos entre cursos eran increíblemente largos. La comida era tibia en el mejor de los casos cuando llegó a la mesa y los pedidos eran incorrectos. Los filetes estaban poco cocinados a pesar de que nos habían preguntado qué tan bien los queríamos. El queso y la galleta para pudín solo venían con 1 galleta de un paquete obviamente comprado en un supermercado de cadena grande. El pudín de Navidad parecía una cuchara llena que había sido aplastada en un molde de hamburguesas, y luego cubierta con la misma salsa que estaba en el pegajoso pudín de toffee. Cena y bebidas completamente sobre precio. La atmósfera era inexistente. Mejor en cucharas meteorológicas.

I always had amazing experience every time we go there. Really nice customer service provided by lalit. Highly recommend to everyone who never been there before. Try panjab pizza you'll love it.

It is disgusting that the staff uses the same cleaning cloth everywhere (wiping the trash can and cleaning the ketchup mayonnaise bucket)

I think there all staffed are very good and they believe are too good .they know how to behave with clients and how to satisfy there clients and there foods quality is high quality and they provide clear and safety environment

Now that I have ordered from here few times, here are my thoughts the food was really at the start and could justify the prices! however the last 3 orders not so great and not worth money.

Visited before City game good service and atmosphere

First time here and whilst I may visit again, it won’t be during cold months and it won’t be my first choice. The atmosphere of the place was good, they had a nice vibe of music on but also Sky Sports on the tv’s. The staff were friendly enough if you could grab their attention. The building itself was very cold and lacked any heating, I ate with my coat on and I point blank refused to eat with my hat on but I was close to doing that, if I wanted to eat a burger wrapped up I’d do it in a McDonalds car park for a fraction of the price. Our food was similar to something from Wetherspoon’s, just more expensive. The temperature of the food was mixed, as burger patty was warm, the shredded chicken in BBQ on my burger was cold, and the fries were extremely hot, although my onion rings were edible they were slightly hard, although it didn’t help as everything arrived at different times. Menu could’ve been more clearer as to what you get or don’t get with your choice of order. They don’t sell alcohol, which I don’t mind, just adding for review. We didn’t try any of the desserts, although what I seen delivered to another table they did look well presented and of a decent portion size. I would suggest viewing other local restaurants altogether if it’s a burger you’re after maybe give it a go here, there’s plenty of space and seating available.

Visited lunch time on Thursday to take advantage of the fixed price lunch menu, which whilst limited, offers good value. Kasia our waitress was very attentive, friendly and could not fault her. At 12:30 we were the first and only customers in there. One other person dining solo followed at 1ish and then one more table of two by the time we left so it was quiet and slightly detracted from the ambiance. The food was very good on the whole but one of the two steaks was quite tough, which was a shame but it’s just luck of the draw. I would happily return but the house red was very sub-par and I would not be drinking that again.
