The worst restaurant I've ever stepped in FOOD IN THE SEAT and FOOD ON THE TABLE a long wait to be served like this restaurant is horrible with the entire place empty and no welcome so I will never return to any place under the name of tgi Fridays

When we arrived, we waited in a queue to be seated as they needed to see if there were enough tables available, even though half of the restaurant was empty. We were placed at an extremely small table in a tight space between two large families, despite the fact that every table was available on the other side of the restaurant. There was minimal room between us and the other families, which meant we kept accidentally nudging each other and we kept accidentally sitting and stepping on each other's coats and bags as we were struggling to move. There were plenty of unoccupied tables so it was quite strange that we needed to wait to get a seat and ended up in an extremely cramped space. I don’t know why they weren't seating anyone on the other side of the restaurant but it was probably because the staff didn’t want to serve more people and didn’t want to clean more tables! The service after we were given a table was also terrible. We were handed the menu and quickly decided what we wanted to order. However, we waited for over 40 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink or food orders. We had attempted to find a server, but there was no one available around our table. Since we were short on time, we ultimately had to leave without eating or even getting a drink. As we were leaving, the man at the door asked if we had enjoyed our meal, and we explained that we had been waiting for over 40 minutes and hadn't even had our drink orders taken. He apologized, but it didn't look like he acknowledged what we said. I would definitely not recommend anyone to visit unless you have around 4 hours to waste.

High Road, EnglandVisited on Saturday 11th January for my son's 18th birthday meal, this was our first time visiting Miller & Carter. We were seated promptly, once comfortably seated our server came over and introduced himself as Dylan. Whilst handing out menus Dylan asked if there were any allergies, my daughter is celiac so he brought her a gluten free menu. Once we had finished our meal, we didn't opt for dessert but Dylan brought out a plate with 'Happy Birthday' with a small bowl of ice cream with a lit candle, which we were not expecting and was a lovely touch. Dylan was polite, confident, attentive and had a good knowledge of the menu. Overall we enjoyed our meal, we would recommend and would happily return.

Unit 3, 8 Saw Close, England¡Cinco chicos en Bath! ¡tus hamburguesas son increíbles! Y tu mantequilla de maní tiembla. Lo mejor en cualquier lugar en mi opinión, pero se está volviendo loco caro. Pagué casi 40 libras por mí y mi amigo por papas fritas y batidos. Ojalá hicieras más ofertas de comidas ya que los precios se vuelven locos cuando agregas pequeños extras. Grandes hamburguesas sin embargo, solo deseo podría permitirse ir más a menudo

Derby Road, EnglandFood was great, you can see it being prepared fresh. Salad bar is included with the meal (this gets empty very quickly). The staff was very busy but very nice, We were served by Leigh and she was great. Only negative first pint was cloudy and had loads of bits floating in, but they exchanged this with no drama.
