This place is very bad (holding my touge) had a table booked for 11.got told can't have a drink at the bar was TOLD go sit at your table and order food when not all the party was there.sorry can't Finnish as I don't want to relive it

Loved our dine experience, we chose to have the ‘build your own banquet’ and it was delicious!! Shared between two, which we were unable to finish but not from trying. Our waiter (Mark) was lovely and super friendly

Always a fab experience at hickorys. Staff are always friendly and can never do enough for you. We visit atleast twice a year and have never had a bad experience We popped in this weekend for my step daughter’s birthday. Food was fab as always Special mention to Dan our server Super friendly and welcoming

Had the Christmas dinner , lovely food each course was brought out quickly and the staff were brilliant especially the older gentleman who really couldn’t do enough for us it was a lovely afternoon and will definitely do it again soon 😬😬

Absolutely delicious meal out as a couple, I had the fillet steak and my partner had the chilli, lovely food and brilliant service. We was put off by the bad reviews but decided to go anyway and I am so glad we did. Will definitely be booking for next time. Thank you x

A great place for a fun dinner with friends , food was exceptional, great service. Excellent value for money. The very varied menu had something for everyone, from pizza to Sushi. We enjoyed cocktails 🍸 🍹, freshly prepared, beautifully presented, sushi plates of the Kisu Kisu classics, duck spring rolls, and a hot Katsu Curry. All new exciting original tastes, and easy to share. Loved the Prawn lollipops too. Just about had room for a affogato and traditional sticky toffee puds, all in all an excellent place all round.

Met with friends for a birthday meal been here before service is never great always seem understaffed on this occasion a lot worse than usual asked for desert menus twice eventually got them which caused another problem the car park adjoining the restaurant only gives you a maximum of 2 hours for a fee of £2.00 not a problem usually but as the service was extremely slow on this occasion we went over tge 2 hours resulting in a parking ticket for £85 week later Which made a very expensive meal

Staying here for the weekend. Food has been good and the service great especially from Lindsey. Good beer, good food and good service- can't ask for much more during down time.

Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which significantly detracted from my visit. I expect better customer service and a welcoming environment, especially from the security staff. It's disappointing to see such behavior at a popular venue. Dreadful place, huge areas of foam ripped out of the seating says it all ! packed and dirty. Dim lighting and spilt beer. Took one walk around and left promptly. Surprised people choose to sit and drink in here.
