Thalia was the best she made the best cocktails I have ever had and was service with a smile which Ik is hard in December as a fellow bartender

I visited your establishment today and was greeted by rude staff. I made a mistake with my order (my fault) and when I asked about it, I rudely got told it’s what I ordered. After the waitress had gone, I could see and hear her from near the till slagging me off and making insulting remarks about me. I have near been so insulted, humiliated or made to feel so little in a restaurant before. I mean, I couldn’t wait to get out. Under no circumstances would I ever return. For the insults and rude service, I was made to pay a service charge that they wouldn’t remove after I asked. It was the lady in the pink jumper that made the insulting remarks. Looked like a manager. As for the food, felt under cooked and I didn’t dare ask the waitress for it to be changed as I didn’t want to be humiliated again.

Visited the moor farm a couple days ago with my husband and 2 grandkids, I was made aware that they were short staffed and at a busy time of year too, I appreciated the warning however no warning was necessary as drinks and food came in perfect timing, our host James was exceptional, he went out of his way to make sure our night was enjoyable despite him clearly being very busy. I highly recommend this place not only based on the food but the hospitality of James too! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Loud music, the food was ok but not very warm. The staff were pleasant and friendly. We ordered the sharing platter, onion rings, garlic bread, breaded mushrooms and nachos. Nothing was hot

El personal era muy descortés, principalmente el gerente Jordan. Pedimos que se cancelara nuestro pedido de bebidas ya que estaban tardando demasiado, y dijeron que estaba bien. El problema era que todavía nos dieron nuestras bebidas y nos cobraron por ello. Intentamos explicar cuál era la situación, pero ellos estaban descartando el tema y estaban siendo irrespetuosos. No volvería y definitivamente no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Just like to say that the waiter called Leonard’s could not have done more to make our meal great. The food was not the best. Lots of items wrong or under - overcooked. Kitchen mistakes. We still enjoyed ourselves as the waiter was very understanding and helpful. Get more Leonardos. The 5 stars are only for the staff member The food deserves no stars.

We went for Mother's Day. Great food, great drinks, and very helpful staff. Our whole party was super happy with everything.

Poped in as we were on a few days awsy but Very poor service walked out after cold coffee served would not go back at all ....

Lovely restaurant and welcoming staff, Tina always looks after us and the food was really nice! Definitely recommend!

I have just been in this place for food payed for two breakfast and two drinks £31 which is expensive but all was clean and tidy dished our food up sat down and was absolutely cold explained to the waiter that food was cold to be told o yes it’s because our counter is in front of the door which is shocking and she was told by her manager that she could not close the door also had to get her to get the bread out the toaster as the toaster was that old was jammed with the bread in there so asked for a refund and was told she don’t give refunds and to email the company poor staffing service and customer service would never go here

Fantastic! Due to illness I have a restricted diet and struggle to find somewhere I can eat out BUT Darby’s is an exception. They are so accommodating and the menu is so varied, it is a win all round. My husband was delighted with his chicken and bacon panini which came with a large portion of salad that was lovely and a good helping of coleslaw too plus some tortillas! My scrambled eggs were very tasty and the large mug of coffee was piping hot. Fantastic service - genuinely keen to see if we were entirely happy with our meal. Definitely worth a visit.

Turned up for a lovely Father’s Day meal and the place is closed down with no sign nor cars outside. Absolutely devastated!! 😞👎🏻

Food quality is quite good rather than any other stake house I visited,And very good services as well.Better place for dinner with friends & Family.

Do you know what you want from a restaurant? If you do, you’ve probably already experienced it at The Coal Shed, London Bridge. The food is exquisite and prepared and presented beautifully. The staff are attentive, without being fawning, and their knowledge of their food and drinks menu is extensive. Fantastic value for money and a great evening out, whether casually dropping in or a planned “event”.
