Chips was slightly under cooked, was expecting a large fish but looks more like a medium. Sausage was juicy but the batter was burnt. Kids enjoyed their food but they'll eat anything 🤣

What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

Overall a five star fr, chicken and rice was spicy as I asked and they gave me a tip to make it more spicy as I needed, me and my friend loved it

Lovely local pub in Thatcham with great live music nights hosted by Zoe Badman, v talented singer. Big garden area in the back too.

Yum yum yum yum yum love the décor, love the food, love the hospitality, so sweet, kind professional the staff and made us feel so welcome and made us laugh to and so cosy! actually one of my favourite places.. chill relaxed good food and positive energy/environment... the food is SO SO good always make a visit when I'm in town!!

I can honestly say that was the worst chips peas and gravy i have ever had . Not even what i would call a full portion.

got spiked! so that wasn’t great. staff weren’t helpful even slightly - no one was trained on what to do & my friends (all 19 - 21) were left to try and help me before the ambulance arrived. genuinely shocking how such a popular establishment doesn’t have trained staff for when guests are spiked.

It had been too long since we had last visited so this review is a kind of combination of a few visits . Every visit one of us orders steak tacos or something with steak ; and each time we are not disappointed . The staff are attentive and on our last visit we had very fast service , one of the fastest between order to plates on table . We'll keep coming back here for sure .
