I ordered a Kebab Kobideh priced at £13 and asked for a glass of red wine, only to be informed it was a BYO (Bring Your Own) policy. However, I was told they could "help me out." Mid-meal, someone dashed out and returned with a £6 bottle of Jacob’s Creek Shiraz, which I was then charged an outrageous £26 for at checkout. Both the food and wine were added to the same bill, totalling £39 for just one person. This left me questioning the entire concept of BYO—what’s the point if they’re sourcing and charging for wine themselves? Aside from the unexpected charge, the food and service were acceptable, but I can’t shake the feeling of being taken advantage of. To pay such a high price for a bottle I could’ve easily purchased from the shop next door feels completely unreasonable, not to mention potentially questionable without an alcohol licence. A disappointing experience overall.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered 20 to 30 times through Uber Eats, this was my first visit to the establishment. I was eager to try dining in, having heard good things and with a favorable comparison to another local favorite, Rayden. Upon arrival, I went upstairs with my 3-year-old child, as he preferred to sit there. We were given a cover for our food and waited for my wife, who was downstairs getting our order. Despite many available seats downstairs, we chose to sit upstairs because it was more convenient for us. While we were waiting, another family, who had paid before us but was still downstairs, wanted to sit upstairs. The staff insisted that we move because the other family had billed first. I explained that we were already seated and had been given covers and asked to sit. Despite this, the staff rudely insisted that we leave, stating, "It's my restaurant, I am the owner, get out." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially with a young child in tow. Being asked to leave in such a manner, despite not doing anything wrong, was humiliating and unacceptable. If you are looking to ruin your day, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it to spare yourself from such a negative experience.

Absolutely tasteless, the table next to me had to ask for salt.chicken curry was all mushed coming off the bone , when I returned to my seat I realised all I had was chicken bones. Went really happy , left really disappointed!! They advertised they have many dishes. I counted they only had 7 items!! What kind of buffet is this! A can of coke £2.50! Total rip off stay away!!
