The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

Sorprendido de leer las críticas negativas porque tuvimos un tiempo encantador en Daily Noodles! La comida estaba fuera muy rápido y era delicioso. Teníamos dos pollos curry katsu. Mi único comentario sería que la salsa katsu era más como un laksa, era muy coco - no es típico katsu, pero era yum sin embargo.

Un locale molto grande e accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato 2 ramen e un antipasto. Tempo di attesa assolutamente veloce rispetto alla quantità di gente presente. Pietanze ottime, ingredienti di qualità (nonostante sia una catena). Rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente.

Amazing meal. Very friendly and welcoming. Food was of great standard and ample portions. 5 * quality. Would definitely return again

I love this restaurant - charming atmosphere, amazing and authentic food. Sadly it hasn't been open for a while now, perhaps even since Covid in 2020. Does anyone have any news or an update? I'd love for this gem of a restaurant to open up again.

I am a regular customer, but for the last two years the quality of food has not been the same. The food almost feels like a pre-heated meal left over at night. But still due the locality of it it’s convenient for after work meal. But today felt totally disrespectful. As we entered we were shown the table and were interrupted to place our order. Few minutes later we receiving our drinks we had a waitress then come and ask us to move so that a group of people can sit where we were sat, so they can offer them a high chair for their baby. With all due respect, I did not see them offer the family a high chair, but rather it would appear they just wanted space for the family pram, when this could’ve been folded away and put to the side. The most embarrassing moment was when she was talking to us at the top of her voice, so that other people were aware. While all the time I was looking at others thinking ‘I can’t believe you’re doing this?’ We agreed to relocate out of embarrassment. She came to give us a bowl of prawn crackers thinking that would resolve and still talking at the top of her voice as though something that cost 99p would make me happy. I have spent previously £1000 upstairs for a function. So 99p crackers mean nothing to me. We will not be coming back again! Highly disappointed.

Food drinks staff atmosphere and decor absolutely everything was top notch and me and my wife went there for our wedding date night (married 23/11/24), if you want Michelin star food service and atmosphere then definitely go here the food comes out hot and pretty damn quick and food was cooked to perfection, portion sizes were spot on and it was very filling which was amazing and we are going there again next time we get paid.

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious! As the restaurant isn’t very big you get waited on very well and don’t have to wait for anything. We went for an early dinner as we had our 6 year old with us. They were so lovely with her and she also had a great time.

Ate here a few years ago and boy, how standards have slipped! We booked a table ahead of time and when we arrived, we were left standing at the entrance for what felt like at least 5 minutes. There was a member of staff that repeatedly walked past us but actively avoided looking at or acknowledging us. Eventually, another member of staff did show us to our table. The food is mediocre at best now, what you will find is that the balance is 80% rice or noodles, whatever meat you order will definitely be countable, with the odd bit of vegetables thrown in to tick the box. Their profile photo needs a serious update as that is paramount to false advertising. Unsurprisingly, getting the bill also took considerable time as that very same female member of staff continued with her antics. What was more annoying was when we paid. Not only do they charge a default 12.5% "service charge" whilst offering nothing of the sort, but as we paid in cash, they proceeded to short change us - as if charging once for non-existent service was not enough! Simply put, never again - plenty of better Asian or Japanese places in the immediate area. Even going hungry and fasting a little would be better than visiting this place...

Ordered takeaway chicken tikka massala - good. Pilau rice and garlic naan - good. The lamb Rogan Josh was on the menu as medium heat. No heat at all. Very few tomatoes and underseasoned as a whole Needed some salt. Lamb okay but could be less dry. Very light heat to Bombay potatoes. Delivery time - good. Price- good.

En nuestra visita en una noche fría - clima, temprano - puertas, la bienvenida fue tan cálida como el restaurante y tiene licencia, así que fuimos felices de poder disfrutar de nuestras opciones de comida deliciosa, cocinado a la perfección, con una cerveza. Dosa Xpress es un buen ejemplo de cómo una casa de curry de estilo básico puede servir dosa y curry de primera calidad a precios asequibles (solo efectivo). ¡Regresaremos!

Visited for the first time over the weekend and oh my days the food was delicious! I can recommend the salmon bites the flavours just kept giving! And the crispy slow cooked beef was amazing! Friendly staff and such a pretty restaurant, can’t wait to visit again!

Went here with friends, food was excellent and very tasty. Service was good. Take your own drink which makes it a cheaper evening.

Can't believe the food was Luke warm. Serves was good. Went to dish out more food and it was cold. The hot plate was stone cold so food was cold not happy. Won't be back.

Had a takeaway from here and the portion was tiny (tofu). Wouldn’t go again
