Spent 30 pounds of food from here!! I've not got all night to type on herexgo through my experience but one thing I will draw on is the chicken madras!! Absolutely awful, chicken tasted cheap, the madras sauce was like water!! Very disappointed

Sayeed the front door staff was very racist and up himself, he was not welcoming at all to us and served people who we were ahead of, then told us we were late due to the color of my friends skin then when he was called up on it he back tracked very typical racist move, would not recommend.

A mixed experience here with poor service due to understaff, prices are in the high side. Atmosphere is good, and the decor is interesting. The food quality, presentation and taste is great and they have a very good selection of traditional Chinese favourites.

Went with a couple of friends to catch up last night. Was treated especially nice by all of the serving staff who took perfect care with our friend's allergy requirements. Our waitress Nikola was a star at every point. Will be coming back soon

Dinner and breakfast were two different experiences. To start with, we had been given the overnight stay by British Airways, as we had missed the connecting flight to New York due to their delay. We would still fly the next day. So, we got the hotel stay, including dinner and breakfast. At dinner, the restaurant staff told us upon receipt that only a glass of tap water had been provided for drinks. At reception they said that non-alcoholic drinks were included. I got the feeling that this is a way to generate extra beverage sales on top of the payment from British Airways. The staff also looked very strange when we said that we each wanted a glass of tap water. After all, we had already gotten some chips and drinks at the airport for the room. Evening staff also seemed a bit disinterested. The manager did his best. The next morning was a completely different story. A super extensive breakfast buffet. We have been to many different types of hotels, but nowhere have we had such a great breakfast. And... here with all kinds of drinks: tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, etc. So breakfast makes up for a lot that was missing from dinner.

The restaurant is a little shabby but the food is outstanding. We arrived 45 minutes before they closed so were told we could only choose main dishes. They gave us 2 separate menus - one of the "Anglicised" usual Chinese dishes that you'd expect to see; the other contained traditional Hong Kong dishes. We ordered from the latter - After a recovery nap, we took a taxi to a very authentic & yummy Chinese restaurant. There's a menu of the usual Chinese fare but then another with very different Hong Kong dishes. We ordered from the latter & then discovered that the portions were huge! We had tomato & egg; lotus root, potato & sticky rice cakes in sizzling spicy pot then king prawns in a Typhoon Shelter sauce. Stunning.
