The best restaurants serving British food in Broadland East of England

We went and booked the 3 course Christmas meal, and it was vey good. Prawn cocktail for starters, turkey roast with all the trimmings, there was an alternative of beef if you wanted and finished with cheese and biscuits, all prepared, cooked and served very well. Drinks were provided to the table throughout the meal. Very well priced, we recommend the food and service here!!

Lots of empty tables outside we thought we would stop and have lunch as the big a frame board outside stated home made lunches. My partner went in to get a menu only to be told we do not do food. Might explain all the empty tables. I would suggest removing the a frame advertisement as well to save wasting other peoples time.

This restaurant is keeping the garden centre going but not for long unless they improve the food quality,we ordered a bacon roll and a sausage in a roll , the sausage arrived in a sandwich for some reason and we sent it back,both meals were cold,it would seem that the fillings were not cooked to order and were just spare food left to one side waiting to be sold ,otherwise it would have been hot.give your kitchen staff more food quality training.
