Brilliant food and service with reasonably priced meals. I had a carbonara and it was probably the best I had. Loved the little cheese baskets that were on top of the dish holding the Parmesan.

It was great! The staff were very nice and helped me and my family to order. I would definitely come again and the food was very good and the service 5 stars for me

Always my choice of chippy as always cooked free and to order. Wish they were open more of an evening.

Our waitress, Daniela, was the star of the show. She was enthusiastic, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The pre-theatre menu was very good value (£17 for 2 courses) and plentiful. The sweetcorn fritters were a tasty first course and I really enjoyed my chicken curry and rice but my friends thought that the jerk chicken was a bit dry. Good variety of cocktails and interesting decor. However, early dining and poor weather meant less diners so atmosphere lacking somewhat- not their fault.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff, very pretty, sports screens, play area and large beer garden available..... great food selection, hot and cold drinks and a stones throw from my house! Perfect

Absolutely amazing place! Managed to fit us in last minute for a party of 14 including 2 toddlers on a busy Sunday in the beautiful green room! Food was absolutely amazing and great portion sizes! And all of the drinks were very nice too! The staff were very lovely and couldn’t have done more for us! Such a lovely team! Overall great place will definitely be coming back here soon to try other bits off the menu!!!

Great food and welcoming atmosphere! This was our first time visiting a Robin Hood Restaurant/Pub and will most certainly be returning. It happened to coincide with the burger special and so we had to try it. Didn't disappoint, food and drinks were wholesome and budget friendly. My son loved the playground too.

It is out quest to make the best food in the area and to give our customers a fair deal. Having said that I would like to answer the points you make in your review and if the food was not satisfactory then please accept my apologies. I would like anyone with a complaint to let me know so I can resolve the issue. So to answer your review. The Bacon being overdone i can accept, we get requests for well done Bacon. The cold Fish i don't understand but I will be extra vigilant from now. I'm glad to know the chips were OK. As for the seats, they consisted of 2 stools with a piece of wood screwed to the stool tops and the tops were loose. As I carry the insurance for the inside of the building I assed the seat as being unsafe and a health hazard. I will try to replace the seat ASAP. I understand that the previous owner after 21 years knew everyone's order. But we have only been the owner for 5 weeks and I hope our customers will try different foods. I do remember struggling with the orders on an occasion when one of our regular servers was off due to illness but usually we don't have problems with orders with our regular staff. Delicious food and lovely decor. Came because we got bought a buyagift voucher, and the menu was different from the al a carte menu online, so just be aware of that - the steak and sides incurred an additional fee (which makes absolute sense) Service was great, really friendly, helpful staff.

I work away during the week and the farmers is my go to place at the weekend, the staff are very friendly and polite. I always have my dinner there as the food is great. The entertainment on a Saturday night is disco/karaoke which has a cracking atmosphere
