This is now called Luna Cafe. Offering English and amazing Turkush food. We came yesterday for the first . Ordered the Turkish breakfast for 2. A huge platter arrived. Jams, bread, eggs, meat ( which I didn't eat as I'm veggie) cucumber, tomatoes and olives. And plenty of unlimited Turkush tea. Highly recommended. £16 for 2 people . We will definitely return

My wife and I had been shopping in the town early searching for a carpet but could not decide on one, so we went into the swan for a late breakfast. We have only used the cafe a couple of times before many years ago. The cafe had a new lick of paint and was looking good. They have a good choice of what you would expect on the menu, and the prices are very reasonable. I had chosen the full English and my wife chose the eggs on toast with a sausage as an extra. We both enjoyed the food and they gave good portions so were very happy.. The waitress (Rachael) gave excellent service, so we shall use this establishment again in the future.

We have been here many times, always hoping it is going to be better.... The setting is lovely, and the coffee is nice. We have also had the odd nice lunch. But the cafe is let down by the cakes and interior. The conservatory is always so grubby - dusty, filthy chairs, and don't look at the floor - its always covered in dirt and crumbs - it wouldn't hurt to get the broom out inbetween customers. They welcome dogs in here which is fine, but must understand extra cleaning is therefore required. The cakes are the biggest let down. They are nearly always either dry / overly sweet (loaded with excess and unnecessary chocolate sweets) or rock hard. They are also now really, really expensive. There is always a selection of 6 slices of cookie/brownie/blondie, that type of thing. Quite often several are sold out already before lunchtime so choice is limited. Service is hit and miss, depending on who serves you! If you can get a seat outside it's lovely by the creek. Come on Cafe By The Creek - this place could be amazing! Don't let your customers down!

First time eating here, friendly staff, excellent service and delicious hot food. Very busy and popular place 2mins away from the beach, shops and markets.

We was quite taken back by the attitude of the (what I assumed was the manager)it was like I was an inconvenience to her actually being there.Food was luke warm at best and 95% sure was precooked and reheated in microwave ,overall very disappointing experience made worse by the attitude of staff (not the Irish hospitality I have grown to be accustomed to).

Food is lovely and the staff so friendly. Belly pork ends are one of my favorites a d the ribs are amazing. You can taste the smokey flavour all through the meat not just in the sauce. Varied selection of cask ales and some nice Brixton beers. Sunday roasts are great and huge! Staff always go that extra mile to make you feel part of the family, dog and child friendly.

If I could leave a zero I would.. firstly we came in enjoying a lovely drink after a cold night out with friends.. suddenly out the blue a lady who works here storms over telling us our dog wasn’t allowed in the front of the pub.. please note the dog was being well behaved. She clearly had a bad day and took it out on us. Rudeness / bad manners is vile and she should take a moment to reflect on her attitude towards customers! Or friendly people won’t want to return .. regardless if the beer is nice. Shame
