The best restaurants serving British food in Exmouth Littleham East Devon South West

I booked an afternoon tea for my mums birthday and the staff in the Brasserie could not do enough for us. We had a lovely view of the gardens and sea, while eating our afternoon tea. The scones were super light and the sandwiches lovely. We couldn't manage to eat all the cakes so the staff happily supplied boxes for us to take them home. My mum and I really enjoyed ourselves. Great location just up from Sandy Bay beach. Attentive staff and good range of food and drinks Must get busy in peak times.

Came all the way from Manchester to meet up with a family friend and the weather was not great so we found this place just beside the car park near the lifeboat station.what a fantastic place! Small and cosy with the most friendly staff and the best hot chocolate ever p perfectly priced.It has a take away as well and I’m told the ice cream is very good.Well worth a visit!

Such a nice and friendly cafe. The breakfast was tasty and cooked to perfection. Ate breakfast here twice during our holiday stay because it's nicer to support a local independent than the hungry horse. The food is tastier too. Also friendly staff and they provide veggie sausages which is always a bonus to me and nice to see! Affordable and in a prime location with a great view. Would be nice to come again if possible

We stayed in Haven Devon Cliffs in August 2023, and The Tythe Cottage Restaurant is on the left-hand side from the entrance. Lovely little Cottage with beer garden and old style inside which we loved and small little bar. Toilets are outside. Kid friendly . Kiddies Corner on the menu and great selection. Very reasonably priced. Staff and the atmosphere were very friendly.

Popped in as in area for Sunday lunch. Full roast x2 for £18. Now you may think I bet that was awful. Well it was very good. Hot and tasty. Had a lunch in South East at good restaurant last weekend which was nowhere near as good as this. Thanks. Got to give credit when due. Big portions for price as well. Sat on terrace with great view 👍👍

Miserable rude staff kept waiting over an hour yet arrived early and no one even in restaurant but were told that teh only reservation offer
