First visit here to meet family on a Sunday morning. Quirky is an understatement as I wasn't sure I had the right place. Breakfast choice and quality is good along with excellent coffee...fresh cake choice is also on the money as some of our party participated...overall the young staff here run an excellent cafe and I would definitely visit again.

Found myself randomly at #Warwick station in need of the loo. Let’s just pop in here for a wee and find it’s an Everards pub (solid brewery) and it had a chess set (among other board games), fire and pub dog. What’s not to love? So pint ordered and chess played. Bonus #moon and #Venus to wrap it up nicely.

After reading reviews on this cafe, breakfast was needed, so today I drove for an hour breakfast was ordered, Sarah's special, fantastic, eggs, salmon, fresh and tasty. Coffee and great service. Quiet because of virus, but when you have worded all week I just had to make a visit. People phone to book. After a couple of yrs, the impression this little cafe has left on my memory is very good.

We used to live in this village until 2 years ago and the Red Lion is the only thing we miss apart from two friends. The lunch on Saturday was excellent, as always. Sarah is a wonderful cook. She caters for special dietary requirements as well. The waiting staff are so friendly and efficient. The pub is gorgeous and well frequented. The atmosphere is welcoming. Lisa and Jonathan remembered us. We love this pub and the food.

Very enjoyable place to meet relatives, they from South Wales and we from Solihull. Friendly efficient staff. Something for everyone on the Sunday lunchtime menu. Not the cheapest place to eat but good value for money. £36 for three course lunch with coffee and drinks cannot be bad these days. Not the first time we have visited and it will not be the last.

The carvery here is amazing and consistently excellent. The meat is delicious, so tender and succulent, and there’s plenty of it, too. Added to that is the biggest selection of perfectly cooked vegetables that I’ve ever seen at a carvery. The quality of meat and veg is just superb so little wonder that it's called the ultimate carvery! Despite living more than 100 miles away, my friend and I have visited so often that we’re beginning to feel like regulars! Even at busy times, which has nearly always been the case when we’ve visited, there’s been plenty of parking at the front and rear, including a few disabled spaces. Excellent, clean toilets too.

We visited in Monday and absolutely shocked at the prices of the food compared to what we got. I ordered a B.L.T which I thought at £10.50 with home made coleslaw and side salad it would be absolutely beautiful but unfortunately the sandwich was served on run of the mill sliced white bread, the bacon and just pink and floppy. The coleslaw we both said was definitely not home made, the side salad presented fine but no flavour in the tomatoes. Just again, run of the mill salad tomatoes. If I'm paying over a tenner for a sandwich at least use local bread and tasty salad, I can pick up vine tomatoes from Aldi for £1.79 for a pack so yes they're available. Such a shame as wanted to support a local café but can't see us visiting again at those prices. £35 for two of us this was a B.L.T, a panini and 2 X hot chocolates with baileys.

Great place with lovely food and very friendly staff. Amber who served us went above and beyond. She helped us with our order as there was so much choice. Charlotte the head chef is great and such a good chef. We will definitely be back.

The food once again was spot on and there was a lovely atmosphere in the full restaurant. All the staff, from the young lady who greeted us to the serving staff were friendly and attentive. The only down point of the evening was the length of time we had to wait before being served our starters and then mains. Even when we asked to pay the bill, we had to wait a long time before the card machine was brought to us. Whether this was due to being full...? However, this has not dampened our overall thoughts and we will definitely return.
