Amazing food ,please try,Hot food,lovely boxes ,value for money,found this place doing a Google search,instead of meat or fish they have Tofu.highly recommend

The amount of the food was 40% less than it was last year 2023 The food is the same but not enough for a family where it was more than enough before ...

Haven’t had a bad takeaway from here, until tonight. Ordered at 7pm - it arrived at 7.18pm - which tells me there’s no way that the food has been cooked freshly. Chicken satay was hard and dry, rice stuck together, food was luke warm - shame as we usually enjoy Mr Q takeaway

This is a take away. Love the food. Staff always happy and helpful. I spend far too much money here because I'm always coming back. Must learn to cook Chinese...lol😂

Used to be a regular of this place years ago so thought we'd try them again. Service was good. They were obviously busy. Food arrived speedy, price was ok. However, the food was rather bland. Chicken balls a bit tasteless, sour sauce was just ok, slightly jellified. I have crispy chilli beef which isn't always done great, it was kind of hollow as if done in old oil, not very spicy either. Chicken chow mein was fine but it's hard to mess that up. Not bad, just a bit disappointing. I would say it's one of the mediocre options in the area.

Good food. I had fish and chips but Chinese is also available.

We ordered our NYE dinner from Mr Ping. It was on time. What we ordered. Hot and delicious..... Thank you so much for making our NYE!!!

Food cold don’t get delivered the right food missing drink.. and not told there was an extra delivery charge for delivery and then for the card machine won’t be ordering from here again!!

Food was full of oil and made me feel sick all night. Today it came out the other end. I have been a regular but lately this place has gone down hill and I certainly won’t go back. Very disappointed

80th birthday party staff were excellent food and service excellent thankyou zen city for a wonderful time

Always have a takeaway from Mr Ming when visiting Southend, best Chinese takeaway in my opinion. I enjoy the Hong Kong style chille prawns, portions are really good and mushroom rice delicious

Very disappointed we use this place a lot food is very good we ordered a takeaway last Friday we do spend a lot only to have a dish that we ordered was not there we did phone only to someone saying how do we know that you didn’t have it in the end they agreed to refund for that dish we have not received it now we are going to someone else

I hope this takeaway goes bankrupt... I mean that literally, that's my honest review. This restaurant single-handedly ruined my experience in Leigh-on-Sea. Customer service is just terrible, in every way shape and form. Like, I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even as a punishment.

If I could give them a 0 then I would, 2 weeks ago we ordered delivery from them and it was cold, it was too late to ask for another one as they was closing The 2nd time was 7/12/24 as we thought we would give them another chance as always had amazing food from there in the past and we waited for 2 hours, called them and the girl lied to us and told us it would be no longer than 5 minutes so we called to see where it was and Sam said it hadn't been ordered and I said I can do your order Sunday, no way I was going to give them a 3rd chance. We were regular customers and they don't care that they badly let us down
