The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Southend-on-Sea East of England

Food was cold, uncooked and had an item was missing. The sweet and sour sauce was cold a looked like jelly. The chicken balls were under cooked and was raw batter. These were meant to be sweet and sour prawn balls. The curry was cold and had leaked all over the other packs. When we called to complain they refused to replace the items stating we were the ones who had ordered the wrong things. We have been using this takeaway company for over 20 years. Today was the last time.

Fussy with Chinese and I’ve ordered here for the last 2 years, food is always 10/10 can’t fault it. Only thing is the woman who answers the phone is so so rude. Worst customer service I’ve seen ever. If you can get past that the food is really nice so I’m not understanding the negative comments
