We are not from the area so stopped off last minute whilst travelling back from Manchester. We found the staff really helpful, friendly and the service and food were excellent. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Disappointing customer service! We ordered on the app, the estimated delivery time was over an hour away (6:05pm). We were out but decided instead of waiting an hour once we got home with our toddler who enjoys noodles, we would order as we would be home in 20 minutes (arrived home at 5:30pm in plenty of time for the estimated delivery time). Got home to a missed call and voicemail to say they had left as we weren't in. Watched our ring camera, the driver arrived at 5:10pm!! Called the driver and the restaurant and both didn't give a damn and said that we were lying about the wait time! Refused to refund. They could have at least delivered close to the time on the app! Not 55 minutes earlier! Terrible customer service and I think they need to keep an eye on their delivery times! We will not be ordering with them again! We were a regular customer as the food was good however, i think they have changed owners as it can be very hit and miss now a days anyway. The food can be cold or overdone.

First time back since the recent re-opening and very plesd that standards of food service and general welcome are very high. Menu has been simplified but still has all the favourites. For 4 people we had 2 starters, quarter duck with pancakes, 3 mains and 2 rice and there was plenty to eat. Bbq ribs were tender and fresh and duck juicy . Mains of king prawn chow mein( large plate ) ,sizzling beef and the best shredded chilli beef we had all tasted. Excellent service from Hannah and the rest of their team. Great to know you are back with a great offering - we will return.

We were so disappointed with the service here. We went in for evening meal and although had a great starter, then sat for a long time, without drinks watching other people’s food be served and our main didn’t turn up. When asked where the food was we were told the order had been missed but were still given the receipt for our starter . We feel the starter should have been taken off as courtesy given the 1.5 hour wait and not offered any drinks. The manager tried to explain there were new staff in. Hopefully just a poor experience tonight.

First order since moving to the area obviously quite expensive which we weren't surprised I ordered chicken with mushrooms in black bean sauce which sauce tasted nice but then I came to the what I thought was chicken I've never tasted such poor quality it was a very strange texture very rubbery and chewy in fact I couldn't eat it and my hubby tried it and said it was fowl and wouldn't eat it, it was so disappointing the fact we didn't even give it to the cats going in the bin. Then I realised it tasted like the mock chicken it's got an awful wierd texture to it and i think that's what they sent me which is even worse as I am coeliac and mock chicken is pure Wheat so I will be going in to the restaurant to show them as if it's not very poor quality chicken it must be the mock chicken 😢

Ordered prawn crackers and 2 chicken curry and 2 plain rice. Ready on time and got told prawn crackers came free. Got home and curry was a big portion and lovely sauce with freshly cooked chicken. It had a few mushrooms in which was not expected but fine for me.

After a recommendation we gave it a go. Food was lovely, really fresh ingredients, service was good and they have a 5/5 food hygiene rating. We probably won’t go anywhere else if ordering a Chinese takeaway.

My wife and I regularly order food from this establishment. Never, ever again will we patronage it again though. I placed my order as usual, with the Mother, it’s a family business. I picked up my order and when I returned home, I discovered that they had given me the wrong food for one item. I phoned immediately, and spoke with the Daughter and explained what had happened. Her reply was: that is what you ordered and if you want something else you will have to pay for it. Customer service skills lacking in the extreme. She never makes you feel welcome and it’s as if their doing you a favour. I said politely in response, may I not exchange as you have mixed up the order. I was met with a wall of obstinacy. My wife and I only use the takeaway as we feel we are helping local independent shops. Not anymore. Food is average, small portions and overpriced. Buyer beware.

Tiny portions and extremely bland. Hardly any meat in the orders. Won't be ordering from here again. Waste of money, such a disappointment

very driver who could not find our location despite having our full address, postcode directions from me including a prominent nearby landmark. I tried to call the takeaway several times but my call went immediately to voicemail. I used the Just Eat web help to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was contacted by the manager who was very apologetic and informed me that there had been a mix up with orders and that our meal had gone to the wrong address. He informed me that he would personally deliver a replacement order in 7 minutes and offered a 15% discount on our next order. The meal was delivered within the 7 minutes but was now over an hour late. The meal was disgusting and was clearly the initial order. It was very dry, cold and greasy. Papadums were dripping in oil and the nan bread very dry. We immediately complained and requested that the meal was collected with a full refund. The meal was not collected and went straight into the bin. We use Just Eat regularly and have never experienced such poor quality food and customer service. Please avoid this takeaway restaurant,
