Wok to Walk offers quick service with an okay atmosphere. The food is decent for a fast meal. A good spot if you're in a rush and need something simple and filling.

Kindest people, family run business, it gets busy but that’s very well deserved for the quality and service! Keep coming here for a treat multiple times a month!

We chose to order a takeaway meal for our 32nd wedding anniversary due to the time of night. Each dish we received was disappointing compared to the quality we expect when dining in. We ended up disposing of the entire meal and opting for fish and chips instead. When I called to express our dissatisfaction, the lady who took our order mentioned she would pass on our comments to the owner and kitchen staff. Given this poor experience, we doubt we will return, despite having enjoyed the restaurant numerous times in the past.

Fantastic buffet cooked fresh. A bit more expensive then the chain buffets but well worth it as long as you are a big eater and like your food fresh. This is the go to place for me and the wife. £30 each at the weekend plus 10% as stated discretion payment with coke at £4 a pint it becomes a £80 night. We went New Year’s Eve at midweek £27 and had pints of Squash at £1.50 and they didn’t charge the 10% so came in £60. Well worth it as we are big eaters and they really keep what you want coming. Made the mistake of taking my skinny sister and her daughter to the buffet once for my mums birthday. Watching them eat about 3 prawns between them hurt! Hindsight we should have just done the menu, would have worked out allot cheaper. Unfortunately it’s down to the whole table in or out. I would say just do the math what your table would order before just committing to the buffet as it could be much cheaper.

Absolute fantastic first time using best one in gloucester no doubt Had 40 percent off on just eat otherwise probably wouldn't of ordered as very pricey Having said that you pay for quality Will defo go and eat in when going out for a Chinese meal

Staying at a holiday let in Salcombe, we had a takeaway, the food was delicious and arrived hot with a nice delivery driver. Price was really reasonable

Food ordered for delivery with details of delivery address and instructions that I’d be outside the apartment which is only three doors down the road. Ordered for 6.30, at 6.50 walked to the restaurant and was told my food was “on its way” - food arrived just before seven with a delivery lad on a bicycle who “was not familiar with the area and didn’t know we were so close!” It was cold of course. Duck pancakes were served with cucumber and carrot instead of the spring onions noted on the menu. We’ve used Golden City for years but won’t be bothering again.

The food here is simply Fantastic! Good sized portions , i love the Chicken Chow mein , Curry & sweet & sour are so nice. Chips are delicious as is the Cod. We normally spend £40 -45 on 5 people so that is good. I cannot fault the food in here , the service is always good too. 10/10

This is the best Chinese take away restaurant in the bay. Have tried many others, they definitely did not come up to Hoi mei standard. They also are always so very polite and helpful. Would not go anywhere else. Totally recommend.

My first and last time at this takeaway 😢 The dim sum was heated up. It was cooked in old oil as I could taste it. There was no dip or sauce with it..v disappointed and had to throw it out after one bite. The shredded beef chilli was cooked in old oil too as was mushroom rice. I ate a small amount but threw most of it out.

First time trying here, we live near crediton and food was still warm.when it arrived, it was lovely thank you we will be back

Ordered chicken chow mean last night , vile , a box full of noodles with a few chunks of chicken and a couple of bean spouts , no flavour, really disappointed have had better and more flavours in a micro wave meal
