The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Midlands

Salt and pepper chicken didn't have any chicken inside, just fried batter. I tried to get a refund and nobody would give me one

Food contains MSG. For those who are not aware this is a dangerous and unnecessary additive that poor quality establishments use to unnaturally enhance flavour.

Shame to see it, but this place is now permanently closed.

Worst service ever waited over 2 hours for service and the food never came, called the place to see if there was a mixup and they replied everything with I don't know, said he didn't know about the driver, ended up ordering from another place

Good food usually, especially salt and pepper prawns and the dishes from the Vietnamese menu are really nice. Mainly does takeaway, but still a large restaurant that usually has space to eat in.

Ordered special chow mein, no shrimp, spicy. I've had spicier water from the tap. Seemed to have replaced shrimp with broccoli and the sauce tasted like gravy. Tasteless not a hint of spiciness

i ordered food to take away for my 2 teenagers and myself. We all became very poorly after eating the food, my daughters complained in stomach problems and they threw up. I also had severe stomach problems and threw up. I called Blue Jade the following day and they were so rude and told me they have never had complaints. I told them all i wanted was to let them know that this is what happened but all i got in return was rudeness, no empathy and no apology. I will never order from there again.

Went for food and it was closed, opening time says closes at 11pm

It's great tasty food, but you really need to work out timings, quoted 25 mins to pick up food, took 1 hour and the shop became rammed with waiting customers

Not a warm welcoming, order taken by a lady dressed in an anorak and scarf , behind a perspex screen, via a microphone, cash only, offered via a sliding draw beneath the screen. Absolutely freezing awaiting order , hence I assume the anorak, fortunately served quite quickly , however , to be kind , not the best meal, Would I return , only at the last resort, meal very much below average.
