The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

unfortunately the portion size wasn't great compare to other restaurants. I'm still hungry after spending just over £20 . the prawn spring rolls was tiny for the price . I thought I was getting 4 big roll for that price.. I believe if you don't revise you portion according to the price you are practicing soon you will be closing your doors because customers will go where they can get value for their money ..

Really good vegan options. This is our parent's local take away which we previously couldn't go to for lack of options for us, but they have expanded the menu. Lots to choose from. The veg Singapore vermicelli and tofu curry were delicious. Will definitely order from there regularly from now on :)

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to. I have tried Chinese food all over the world: Africa, Middle East, Europe, and London. Great service, great food and great family atmosphere. People start comparing and saying I have better/worse etc. well of course it's their right to do so. I have been here more than once and the food is consistently very very good with good filling portions (Be careful not to over order) even cooking us something not on the menu . How many times have they cooked something and it turned out the exact same. This all depends on seasonal ingredients' availability etc. My only regret is that for a Halal Chinese restaurant, I did not discover this sooner. Thank you. I will keep visiting you again.

It was good, till the details of pricing was changed at the last moment for us. We had called about 2 hours before and we were told there's an offer of 1 free on 1 purchase. As we were 2 adults and one child, we arrived at the restaurant. When we started on our table, we were informed that the actual offer is they will take off the lowest one. I don't mind giving more money, but it's inappropriate that wrong information is passed on phone and the customer gets different information on coming to the site. I would be less likely coming to this place in future

You get nice vada pav, pav bajji and other mumbai style snack and good tea. Though vada pav this time were very sweet. Last time the vada pav was spicy and nice.

We ordered online with just eats as link after reading reviews were not disappointed. Food arrived within 50 mins prices average. All dishes piping hot and would highly recommended for anyone to do. We had the duck as a stater& crispy gravy noodles. Portions large too.

cooked with fresh oil which made the food taste lovely (unlike alot of takeaways) good size servings and it tastes freshly cooked. I would buy again

amazing food, i really enjoyed the kung pao chicken and my friend really enjoyed the malaysian chicken. amazing customer service will be here again

Went with my two young sons aged 7 and 8 and didn't have a table booked. They found a nice space for us despite being very busy and made us feel right at home, waiters and staff making a nice fuss of the boys as we're being seated which made them feel special. Our waiter, Ian, noticed I was perusing the Dim Sum menu and when he came over he asked which ones I wanted. On telling him I'd never had Dim Sum ever before he told me I was in the right place, and boy was I! I asked that he recommend some popular dishes and maybe one or two rather more exotic ones and he assisted. Every dish was awesome. He even laughed at my "dad jokes" (I.e. he asked if I've ever tried Ho Fun and I said only before I got married). Excellent experience overall. The prawn and scallop Dim Sum were my personal fav but they brought out a cake which was really awesome. Bites of sweet, light, fluffy gooey goodness. Would highly recommend this establishment. If you're a Dim Sum novice like me, they'll help you though. Thank you Taipan team, particularly Ian 👊🏽
