Probably my favourite Chinese of all time. The service is what made it, the guy behind the counter was thorough and kind, he ensured that the food would stay piping hot until we got home to eat it - and gave us some recommendations on his favourite dishes growing up. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it - I can't recommend this place enough.

Many years since I last got food from this location. During the time that I used to get food from here, the meals were always cooked very good and tasty. The family who own the place are wonderful people and very friendly and polite. I did go to school with one of the original owners son’s, but I’m not letting that sway my review.

Had maggots in the food I have the video I can upload him agreeing there was maggots in the food best part I was going here about 5 years anybody want proof let me know 🤮🤮

It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. Everything was superb the food was plentiful and delicious at a reasonable prices, service was great just wished we lived closer but it's so handy if you are holidaying at Cala gran caravan park, would recommend Golden Wok to anyone who asked.

Just ordered crispy beef in OK sauce. Wouldn't even give it 0/10 The beef came in a separate tray to the sauce for some reason. It couldn't have been any more dry and chewy. I might as well have gnawed on my garden fence for tea. The tub of OK sauce was far from ok. It was really oily and had a random stray carrot, 1 pea and a pineapple chunk at the bottom.

Staff really friendly, best chips, as not cooked from frozen. Always accommodate your tastes as we like our battered fish cooked a bit longer

This is my local Chinese takeaway and I have always used it in the past. The food was always delicious and I had no issue with it. However, they recently stopped taking card payments at all, only cash and I will not use them any more. I don’t mind being charged a slight fee to cover a card payment but I can’t believe anywhere refuses point blank to accept card payments. What modern day business refuses card payments?? It’s a shame, I’m sure they have lost a lot of business because of this move.

Lovely people running a good local takeaway. They’ve never messed up my order, or made me wait too long. The food is nothing special in gastronomical terms, but it’s solid feel-good Chinese takeaway, basically what you’re expecting if I say ‘dependable Chinese takeaway.’ Really nice people running the place too, makes a huge difference.
