The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Rude woman, doesn't listen and talks over you , wrong order and waited forever with no apology or refund, food was bland and cold , food went into the bin , terrible experience from start to end ... !!!

I ordered at five on a Saturday, to arrive at seven, to fit in between different commitments. Good food but 35 minutes late, which messed up the lifts that had been planned. It was planned as a convenience and it was unsuccessful. Forty quid for two meant that it was on the expensive side, too.

Busy place, that's a good sign. Crispy Shredded Beef was perfection, chicken chow mein was delicious. Waited 15 minutes from order, really can't complain.

Delicious food, home style cooking and perfect masalas. Love food from both branches

Food was really tasty, had nothing to complain about. First time ordering today, food was ready to collect in 10min. Everything was piping hot when I got home and food was not super greasy like some restaurants. Tasty food and super nice lady at the entrance.

Polite staff, always helpful and speedy service. Food always tasty and plenty of it.

I have just the worst Chinese takeaway I had in years, if someone said I got it from a supermarket I would you from a poundland but I think they would be embarrassed to serve that rubbish.

Went there Monday evening for the first time in over 20 years,food still fantastic and could not fault the service, chicken wings with chilli and salt lovely main meal pork curry with fried rice and chips, missus had steak chips veg and prawn cocktail to start,all very well presented and very tasty.

Was ok. Pretty standard. Food came fast, and was nice enough, but unexceptional. Value for money tho can't be beat. Gigantic portions..

Very disappointed, went in & placed order the phone was going constantly & heard person taking orders stating 15/20 mins wait we waited 25 mins & told was been sorted yet people comin in for phone orders in & out! After 40.mins a joke for beef curry & rice x2 with spring rolls told would be out shortly, friend came in who had phoned 20 mins earlier for bigger order which was handed over straight away! Use this take away every week but not now! Other people in there asking for refunds not impressed either! Very disappointed

Such a shame, we always have great food from here. I understand it was busy, but I phoned 1hour 15 after I placed the order to see where our delivery was as it stated it would be between 40-60 minutes and was told it was on the way. 45 mins later still no food, so I phoned again to cancel, to be told again that it was on the way. I still cancelled the order.

Gone downhill, no where near as nice as it was a year ago. Overpriced cheap nasty food

The most authentic Chinese takeout you'll ever have. And their portions are too generous!
