Family run business who make delicous Chinese food. Always fresh, never greasy or oily. My favorite by a mile. You won't be disappointed

Worst Chinese meal I've ever had. Abject failure to take pride in the food that you serve. Why would you serve this? It should never have left your kitchen. The food stank in the fridge and had to be thrown away the following morning (24.12.2024).

First time using this place! Food was amazing. Huge portions. My only negative was the won tons; there was no prawn in them, only a chicken mixture.

Peppercorn squid is lovely. Nice rice and chicken curry and spring rolls. Chicken balls can be hit and miss

Does not accept cards but encourages Chinese paying through WeChat and AliPay by giving discounts but at higher exchange rates. (Do they declare taxes?) Anyway, horrible food. Any Brits who find theirs delicious should contact me. I’ll show you truly good Chinese restaurants to refresh your taste.

Our favourite Chinese restaurant! Never disappoints. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is amazing. Love this place.

The prices are astromical for the quality of food. £15 for crispy shredded beef!!! it wasn't any larger a portion than any other Chinese restaurant. This theme continued with other dishes, and I received one tub with just dried noodles in it. If I wanted to cook myself I wouldn't have ordered a takeaway. Awful.

A very scenic place to eat but food wise it was not outstanding. I thought it was a waste because with such beautiful decor and views, the restaurant could have upped the game by using Oriental chinaware instead of of dull plastic black bowls.

The sweet and sour chicken was perfectly done, I’ll definitely be eating here again.

Now closed This restaurant appears to have lost its identity. It used to offer a great menu, but all our group could say today was ... It's "Ok". Before it was always "Fantastic". Original review Limited menu. Average dishes. A far cry from this once excellent restaurant.

55 minutes late from original time and 15 minutes late from revised time

Booked a table for 4 with a very efficient and charismatic gentleman before Christmas at short notice. Our meal was exceptional the service and ambiance was excellent. Will definitely recommend. Chris.

A group of us went this Saturday and I was a bit apprehensive after looking at the reviews. I need not have worried though as the Service and Food were Excellent. We were booked for 6.30pm so didn't wait as long as others I guess. Would definitely recommend The Phoenix 🙏
