The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Lovely food and drink in a great atmosphere. We was looked after proper good. Nice one thanks. Will come again soon and be back.

The food and service was ok, but the place is in need of a complete overhaul . There was a lingering smell of dirty drains and the tollets were filthy. The only rose’ wine was Mateus and when we went to pay they told us we couldn’t pay by card it was cash only or you had to scan this QR code 🙄 we have lived in Leighton Buzzard for over 20 years and we had never been to this particular restaurant and I can 100% say we will never return

Teníamos la impresión de que era un buen restaurante y no revisamos las críticas. Recogimos una comida para llevar que estaba listo en unos 5 minutos, que fue bastante rápido. Una vez en casa, mi chow mein se veía bien hasta que elegí el primer tenedor y un montón de fideos se levantaron juntos. No esperaba nada inusual así que me lo comí. Me di cuenta de que los fideos estaban quemados, pegados y cocidos o no. No estoy seguro. Noté el olor extraño y el sabor desagradable entonces. Entonces noté aceite en mi paladar y boca. Además de quemado y seco parecía haber mucho aceite. Básicamente no comestible y se fue a la papelera. Mi compañera siguió adelante con su curry vegetal y arroz que sabía a desagües y llegó a la mitad antes de binning. Sufrió una enfermedad al día siguiente, pero dijo que salió más fácil de lo que cayó. Muy decepcionante y tendría que no recomendar

Don't like doing negative reviews but I was really excited for this restaurant. Service was very slow and we was constantly being asked. Is that all you want? I felt like I didn't eat enough maybe? For me food wasn't overly hot like they were doing it in massive batches and The taste wasn't amazing! Like I expected.

Absolutely disgusting filthy hole . Food was disgusting and once I had been to use the loo I couldn’t eat anything more. I would hate to see in the kitchen 🤮

One of the best Chinese we have been in for a long time. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Very busy place and food was first class.

This place really goes above and beyond to STEAL YOUR MONEY. They took a deposit of £300, no service provided and will not issue my refund. I had a private event booked, confirmed and deposit paid for 09/12/2023. The restaurant stopped replying to all emails and phone calls from a week beforehand. This resulted in going down in person to sort out any issues. Turns out there had been closed for a while, Elaine (owner) and Tanvir (no clue what his role is) did not bother to communicate anything and had I not shown up prior I would have been standing in the street with 20+ guests. Did I mention they have stolen and refused to refund my £300 deposit??

Orders food at 7.30 called back at 10pm to be told another 20 minutes shocking treatment of customers will never be ordering or recommending again

Very disappointed with delivery today and won't be ordering from here again. Food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, much later than time given. Then arrived wrong order, so had to again wait for another delivery. When food did arrive, was sub par as excessive amount if fat attached to the meat

We decided to go here as we saw a sign for a lunchtime buffet. It was clean and pleasantly decorated inside and the two girls serving were both cheerful and friendly. It was quite empty on a Friday afternoon. It turned out the buffet was £29 a person so we decided to see what was on the menu instead. We ordered and while we were waiting, one of the girls brought over some prawn crackers. We said that we hadn't ordered any but she said they were on the house. A few minutes later she brought over a plate of spring rolls again on the house. It seemed like they wanted us to come back. The food when it arrived was delicious and plentiful. We had a pot of Chinese green tea with our meal which is always good and affordable. We enjoyed our meal but it will be a one off due to the cost. We're not rich and can't afford expensive meals regularly. We usually go to another Chinese food sit down but they're not open at the moment.

Nice restaurant, pity they have horrible paper tablecloths, better suited to a truckers cafe! We had a lovely waitress, Evie, good service overall too, though unfortunately no check back. Glass was dirty, but the restaurant overall seemed clean. Mixed starter was mainly good, but the pork rib was 80% bone and the meat was as tough as shoe leather. Tom Yum soup was very tasty. Mini spring rolls were bland and unimpressive. Chicken with black bean was a bit too salty. Pork Hong Kong Style was mediocre. King prawns with cashews was nice, but lacking sauce. Drinks were very expensive, £20 for a not good Chardonnay. Overall not bad, could be improved. Long wait between our starter and main course. When I asked a passing waiter where our food was, he said they were busy. Pity they put delivery food before customers in the restaurant 🙄. Probably best to get a takeaway delivered rather than actually eating in the restaurant. Have been to worse, have been to better. Overall mediocre.

Saturday night. Took our booking weren’t too busy but were gearing up for big groups. They Lost our order. Didn’t bother telling us Left us waiting an hour for food. Served both big groups. Still waiting. I was with 2 children. Never came over to ask or explain. Then sent a quarter of the order to the table and nothing more until I went and complained. Finally 15 minutes later the rest arrived. Over priced, terrible service, I will not be back. It used to be good. Such a shame.
