The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

We went through the drive through it was a quiet lunchtime. We ordered a boneless chicken meal. Its been a while since we last ordered a KFC but was worth a wait. The food was piping hot freshly cooked even the coleslaw tasted amazing. The only issue we had was we didnt have napkins spoons or forks so had to go back in to collect those items.

Terrible servicio la mayoría de las semanas. Sólo ve como ocupado. 3 veces la semana pasada mi pedido era incorrecto. Pedí un simple 1/4 sin queso. Incluso me repetí la última vez al cajero 3 veces. Y todavía se ponen queso. ¿Por qué no lo cambian a 1/4 de libra en lugar de 1/4 con queso? No tengo ni idea. Tienes que pedir 1/4 de libra con queso como sin queso... claramente confuso para los cajeros y cocineros Cuando entré para un reemplazo ellos donde resoplar y soplar... ahí confunden no el mío. Muy grosero y desagradable

i would like to thank mcdonalds for being so horrendously bad that youve saved me money because i not longer come to you for food. i dont know how you can get mine and everyone else ive spoken tos order wrong, every. single. time. but somehow you still manage to do it. you get 1 star only because its the minimum. hinckley would be a better place with this place buldozed at this point, you provide nothing of value and what little you do provide, you mess it up anyway.

Great Staff, Great Food. I have read some reviews on here that are negative. I can’t speak to individual details but I would gently remind people that you’re paying for cheap food, drop the ego. Some of you couldn’t hack working in McDonald’s and can’t accept that as you go through the drive-thru in your gold plated Range Rovers earnt thanks to Daddy’s help in getting that well paid, but low-effort, job.

Vreselijke plaats. Koud eten,geen extra’s zoals bv zout of rietjes. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Iedereen staat te praten tegen mekaar ipv te werken ! Nooit meer !

Un miembro del personal nos gritó porque usamos la opción de servicio de mesa en la pantalla táctil. Dijo que no hacemos servicio de mesa. Entonces, ¿por qué hay una opción en la pantalla? Ver foto. También notamos que sus habilidades de limpieza necesitan mejorar. Espero que fuera ketchup en la pared y no sangre. La comida sabía bien como esperaba. Sin embargo, las papas fritas estaban un poco flácidas, obviamente no se hicieron frescas. No hay opción de no tener hielo cuando pides tus bebidas. También alguien en frente de mí trató de ordenar desde la caja y solo se les dijo que usaran la pantalla táctil. Querían pagar en efectivo. El personal necesita capacitación en servicio al cliente.

So we ordered tea from #OasisSleaford as we were late coming home tonight. Ordered through website on journey back thinking food would not be far behind us.... 1hr15 mins... ring them. Took half hr to get answer. By this point it had been 1hr45mins since order. No answer on phone. Website chat says the order is being processed and would be on way. Answer seemed off as next we get message saying how could they help. Retry phone... got answer. Guy says will ring back in 5. Phone goes.... we have no orders for heckington. Tell him does he want order number. He says no as he has no order for us. He then tells us to ring his website people and speak to them. We ask why thats his job to resolve. He tells us to f***k off!! We are in a state of shock at this awful service. You dont get that at Ozys. Will never ever use again. Google reviews are bad of late. Anyone considering Oasis..... AVOID!! Funnily we get text after call telling us they refunded the order the did not get that we were paying for in cash!!! Just awful.

Shoo look okay from outside with customers coming and going so I thought I'll give it a go. Inside looks in disrepair with TV displays not working, also looks dated as if being in a different country. Purchased the £25 meal deal 12 price chicken 12 boneless chicken 12 hot wings 3 fries 2 onion rings and a bottle of drink. Opening the contents the chicken breast look as if chicken had been cut off then coated with seasoning. The boneless chicken was spice and only 2 onion rings not 2 portions. Next day said it all with running to the toilet. I looked up the rating to find this eatery is only 3 star food hygiene. This shop is a disgrace to Corringham Town centre. Need to be inspected by Thurrock Council. Needless to say I will not be entertaining this shop again.

We popped in here a few weeks ago while staying at the glamping pods, as we had read reviews saying it was good. We were totally disappointed, the pakora was over cooked, you couldnt even bite into it, the chips were very small portions and the pizza just didnt taste like it have been cooked long enough, as the base was very soft. We wouldnt go back!

Compared to McDonald’s in Europe, the service is bad, fries are undercooked and the restaurant overall is dirty; now one is cleaning the benches, chairs nor tables.

Lots of staff but slow to acknowledge new customers. Staff need to be more focused on customer service, too relaxed....

Amazing that they will not show you a full menu when asked. What do they want me to do just guess. Terrible experience, what a joke

Previous experience from this restaurant opening was awful. Loving KFC in general we decided to give it another go after well over a year. Happy to be able to say this particular experience was the KFC experience we all know and love. The food was piping hot and perfectly cooker. No complaints at all. Fingers crossed this is now the standard.
