The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

Ordered a coffee and ice cream , after a few minutes wait was told that we can't do the ice cream with no reasonable explanation. Eventually got a refund for it but not a hint of customer service / apology. Absulutely terrible !

Fui a la unidad Burger King - a través en Castle Boulevard en Nottingham, y después de esperar durante varios minutos en el lugar designado sin respuesta, conduje adelante para verificar si la unidad - a través estaba abierta en absoluto. Habían dejado una puerta metálica abierta, que obstruyó parcialmente la ya estrecha carretera, y terminaron arañando mi coche. Salí a evaluar los daños, y un miembro del personal salió poco después. Le expliqué tranquilamente, diciendo literalmente estas palabras y nada más: "Acabo de rascar mi coche contra la puerta; es un poco peligroso aquí. " Inmediatamente comenzó a molestarse y a responder “La puerta estaba abierta todo el día y nadie la golpeó; podrías haberla evitado conduciendo más por un lado; o simplemente podrías haberme pedido que la cerrara; no es nuestra responsabilidad si la golpeas...” cuando finalmente logré hacer una palabra, dije “No estoy pidiendo compensación, solo para tal vez poner una señal de advertencia para las próximas o algo así, ¿ya que es tan estrecha aquí? " Ella dijo, "OK", y desapareció. Dime si es un buen servicio al cliente.

After KFC increased their prices by around 30% recently i vowed to boycott them but today my daughter insisted we go. So we went and ordered 2 box meals, what a massive disappointment! The so called chicken burger was 90% batter, i genuinely struggled to find the chicken. (See pictures, please note that there isca hadh brown on top of the so called chicken burger which is taking up most of the room between the buns) The 1 piece of chicken which used to literally be half a chicken, juicy and filling was the same size as a Chinese chicken ball, dry as sawdust and full of bones. I honestly hope and prey that KFC close down soon as not only have the took the mick with their price increase but then they also rob you of the meal you are paying 30% more for and give you 90% less food !! Even my daughter said today that this was her last visit as the lack of chicken chicken in the burger was ridiculous . My Daughter is gonna get all her friends and colleagues fron University to boycott them too so really hoping they with close down eventually.

They use frozen pizza, and frozen chips/fries from lydl, also they've been closed down for 5 months due to poor hygiene.

Pedí dos días consecutivos. 1 día street - gofres y batidos de plátano y mango (patatas fritas) y gofres muy seco. Sabía como beber batidos de hielo triturado. No sabor de plátano y mango. Patatas fritas no entregados pero conductor cargado por toda la cosa. Ni siquiera me dicen que no estábamos allí. patatas fritas Llamé a la tienda y me llamaron que empeñamos en mi teléfono para informarme pero no había voz izquierda para entrega de comida tardó 1 horas y 15 minutos cuando el restaurante está a 10 minutos de mi casa. Día 2 nd me hicimos un pedido de comida burger y beber. Esperé durante una hora para conseguir comida pero nunca recibí. Al habla con ellos, me cancelaron mi pedido sin avisarme. El servicio es muy malo y recomiendo para evitar este lugar.

Terrible burger van, stacks of food pre cooked collecting bacteria as the day goes on. Cross contamination that gave me food poisoning from one of their hot dogs. Awful experience, Nottingham food standards should have closed this one down a long time ago!

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to return again.

Food was terrible and over cooked and full of grease wouldn't feed it to a dog not worth the money would definitely not recommend to any one
