always forget sauce even though plenty is asked for on the order

This is the second time I have been in to the shop with my young grandson and each time the delivery drivers are swearing not acceptable

I am shocked i waited an hour for my food it was cold soggy all my drinks spilled i asked for no ketchep they gsvr me ketchup like what is wrong with this place!!

Paid £4.19 for a mcplant, waited for around 20 mins, order never arrived, threw ticket over counter.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Just had an order for family both pizzas burnt to bits I mean black crispy burnt. How they thought it was acceptable blows my mind. This is my 4th order since new opening and been very disappointed every single time. Definitely will not be back to give them my money.

We love giving back street cafes a try, so we looked forward to trying this. It is on the edge of an industrial estate so theres plenty of street parking and round the corner is parking for a walk to the River Blyth afterwards. The staff are canny enough. The food is freshly prepared and is hot, but we looked forward to trying their stottie and it came back as a Fresh Bap. When we tried ours, we both found the bread was soggy and saturated! Sadly neither of us can recommend this. Am sure there's plenty of happy customers out there, but sorry, just not for us

Staff are rude and incompetent. Overheard a loud conversation between two staff members about a customers appearance negatively that shocked me. Talking about how “scruffy” he was dressed. After a lengthy wait while the staff ran around like headless chickens in the back a guy came up with my food and after showing him the the order was incorrect by letting him look at the collect order on my phone he still refused to correct it. Stay well clear of this branch and head 10 minutes up he A1 to the other branch because this one seems to not have control over there obnoxious staff.

I like this mcdonalds staff are great and foods nice but the thing that ruins it is the no under 18s in after 4pm like i literally get to mcdonalds at 3.54 and the security guard refused to let me in like its not okay like you should atleast make it until 5pm

Went through Cick and Service, and received my food only to get home and find that they have missed the Caesar Bacon Crispy Wrap off my order, no one answering the phone and the McDonalds app virtual assistant doesn’t every recognise the item as part of the menu what an absolute joke!!!!!
